MSE News: Anger at Lloyds PPI compensation delays

I sent my letter of complaint in may got reply straight away. I got a refund letter in August saying i would receive it within 21 days but i am still waiting i have rang numerous times and they do not know anything so i emailed there CEO of LLoyds TSB and got a reply of the complaints department as it must of been forwared to them they said they will recalculate the refund as i will be entiteld to more interest therefore i have to wait again grrrr anyway still not had a new letter with up to date amount and that was 2 weeks ago so 2 more emails sent. The email did apologise for the delay and that its was along time to wait but money in my bank and fast would be much better its been more than 6 months now. will keeo you updated

just a quick reply i got a call on Thursday evening 16 feb saying that my money could have been put in that day but we was still waiting for the all clear from oneof the adjudicators?? but they did say it would be in my account within 48 hrs today is Tues 21st feb and still no money ???? we are just being fob off dont know why she bothered ringing us if thats what was going to happen been waiting since msy but only seem to get a response when i email the CEO of lloyds tsb !!!! Might be worth a try for people he then forwards the email over to the customer service dept and they contact you

Rang TSB PPI Complaints line again today .And yet again got nowhere !.Just the usual well worn fob you off gumph !.So,
Rang PPI complaint line numerous times....(you all know)
Phoned Onbudsman.....( Basically not intrested)
Written to MP.....(Did'nt get a Reply)
Called at Branch that sold me PPI.......(Not Slightly intrested)
Trawled the Internet for Answers........(Nobody knows em)
What more can I do???.If I ever get this Money,I will let you all know on here,And hopefully Poeple who get theirs will post it on here.Good luck totally wasting your time trying to get anywhere, like me.......Think bottom line is..........You'll get it when they feel like paying it you......till then,try to forget it & lower your Blood Pressure !!!.......:mad:

I just got paid out today 5k. I will let you know what happened i put claim in in May gpt a respnse straight away then an offer came around eight weeks later then nothIng since August. Idid get a payment for a small amount of 90 pound the smallest one i was waiting for back in October and since then i was just ringing and getting no where so i took a step and emailed the CEO of lloyds tsb stating what had happened and that i wasnt happy at the way i had been made to wait and how long i had been banking etc,etc and low and behold he had forwarded it to thre PPI depyment who reply the following morning first thing in the morning!!! They said they would do an update and send me the new calculations in the post which didnt happen i never received anything but i had there email so kept emailing them i didnt get a reponse so emailed the CEO again and i got a response from the same lady again and then a couple of days later got a call in the evening saying they had recalculated the interest also a goodwill payment for the length of time waited and would be in my bank within 48hrs that was Thurs evening so i emailed again on Tues stating it wasnt there and then rang weds the lady then told me the BACS was set up on Monday so should be with me soon and this afternoOn it was WOOOOHOOOOOO JUST KEEP GOING AND MITHERING THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE CEO IS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

paid up today yeahhhhhh 5k paid into my bank
keep mithering emailing and ringing it does pay off as everytime you ring or email it flags you account up or o im told
