I managed quite well in October on £90 and as November is only a four week month please put me down for £80.00 for November. I will try and use up as much already in stock, and also use a few vouchers where applicable. I am wondering whether fresh fruit and veg. will increase significantly this month, as that will affect me quite substantially. Time will tell.

    Good luck all!

*hangs head in shame* can I join back for this month - October was a DISASTER:( think I went over budget with the first 10 days and so just gave up. So have increased my budget this month in the hope it will keep me focused although I know in the long run we can reduce this a lot. So put me down for £450 please - thats for 2 adults and 2 children

Just been to MrAs and spent £89.05  which include beer and wine for the weekend - now to make sure that lasts a week!

Struck lucky in Asda for whoopsie fruit, veg and bread, averaging 10p a bag. Loaves 5p each No room in freezer so has to be bread pud, veg will keep in outside cupboard. Did include 20lbs potatos so
    enough for couple of months.

Made 5 jars of marmalade for virtually price of sugar.

Unfortunately put BM on before I went, came back to discover had used yorkshire pudding mix not bread mix, interesting result, suppose can chop it up to use with soup.

    Total spend £3.75.
