    Yes!!!! Although I spent 10 minutes on hold waiting for him and then my baby stuff delivery turned up.

    I am actually (right now, this second!) on the phone on hold again!!!

    That was a surprise.

    They don't do appointments. You just turn up with your forms and fees as close to 9am as possible and wait it out. On which ever day suits you (except Thursdays as its busy day for other events).

    Cool. Although it means I have to rush to Tesco to get an ink cartridge for the printer now! Will check what day OH can take off and do it then.

    Hi.. I'm new to this thread (pointed to it from the dfw board)..

    i was declared in march last year, discharged 6 months later and now trying to get my life sorted..

    finding things so hard, 95% are now on time but just facing an eviction and starting to feel well down about it all..

    anyways, looks like a good thread so hopefully i'll be getting to know more of you as time goes on..

  • honest, it's not as bad as you imagine. i was shaking and in tears before i left the house but everyone was so nice and the bankruptcy with judge took all of about 5 seconds!
    i've got OR interview on tuesday by phone so am getting all stressed out again lol. they can only take my car if they want but i really want to keep it.

  • well i have filled in the forms for bankruptcy with help of the cab,now all i have to do is to get the fee together for the court.

    it such a stressful time .

    will i get through to the other side? i hope so:eek:
