Ive just sat down after a long day and just going over a bizarre week!
started off on Monday morning OH owing £30000 and now end of the week £0!! still hasn't sunk in. Sent the 2 signed forms back to the OR with cut up bank cards today. (lets hope (crossing fingers and toes) that might be the end of it) though with the luck ive had this week not ! as everything that could go wrong has gone wrong ! LOL (gotta laugh or....)
Well Done anyone else that did the deed this week lets toast to better things! (on glass of pink cheap stuff too much!)

It is the worlds strangest feeling isn't it? I'm not sure it has sunk in at all! The OR didn't phone me today, so I rang them and they said they had not had any info about me at all, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come..... as for my creditors, they think I'm pulling a fast one - what's that all about????

That happened to us.. only we were sat in the OR's office after court. 3hours later, it came through.0 -
don't worry it will prob depend how many were at your court that day i think we heard the day after he phoned us but they only do 2 a day at our court and fit them in between cases so you could in theory wait all day there (but the lady was nice when we explained he had to go back to work)
I think it feels weird because it is over but its not ! if that makes sense? like the debt is gone but there still the paper work and thats where the worry is I think ( I feel guilty looking at a police man! LOL) so when they say thats it all done then I think you can let your breath and and finally smile! (well thats how I feel)

I think you've hit the nail on the head, it's done, but it isn't. I still don't know what I've to pay back. Although that said, if they took £100 per week from me, I'd still be better off! And to think I wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do!!

as for your creditors Just give them your BR number and the telephone number (name if you have it) of the Official reciever and say they have told you not to speak to any one that it all has to go through them now as you are by law not allowed to pay anything and all you are required to do is give them a contact for the OR. That will prob stop them or at least that will help to say that before you put the phone down! If you say it in a quite rehearse and official way (like you have been told to say that ) It seems to work better from memory.

It was Capital one that were the problem, they said they wouldn't speak to me about it, so I told them the could go forth and multiply until the OR got in touch. Probably didn't help, but it made me feel better!!

wouldn't speak to you about your own account!(don't ya luv em) then what you said seems the most sensible thing.
If they ring again say you ll have to wait and speak to my OR end of!
I chickened (flaps wings and pecks ground) out Im afraid and changed my telephone number on the day we stopped paying everything! have a huge pile of paper work but have to say to date about 4mths since we stopped paying all they are asking for is the back dated payments. Oh natwest man wants us to call him at his office urgently but on (what looks like ) a call centre number!
