Keep on at the people you bought them off - See gave us a partial refund as a manager finally admitted they should have pointed out that there was only about 25% view even from the front of the enclosure.
Also might be worth having a word with Trading Standards - Notts Trading Standards were very good with me about See and said their file on them was huge and getting bigger by the day!

I am guessing you havent read through this thread properly. The problem is they are restricted view, and the fact I complained about Rihanna herself was just merely a wine and moan, not an official complaint. My official complaint and "problem" - is how these tickets have been advertised as they you do not get what you believe you are. Yes when we entered the pod we were extremely dubious and rather let down, but of course, you give it the benefit of the doubt when the show starts....

AND yes without a doubt we would have had a better view from elsewhere. Even the back of the Arena would have been better. It ruined the experience and I think it would have been a fun concert to have been at.

Lizzy It is more accurately described as "music business" & "show business for a reason". The pods, like meet and greets are sold too diehard fans who will pay exhorbatant amounts of money to get a little bit closer to thier idol. As the pod is "sunk into the stage" & not in front if the stage the view will be of a "butt cheek" or "calf" as the performer will be in front of the pods performing to the majority of the audience. Personally I would have thought the gripe would be the poor sound quality as the PA system would be to the side & in front of the pods.

The Artiste will be well aware of the position of the pods & thier view as they provide the stage as part of thier touring productiuon. Thier management will tell the booking agent the fee for performing & it is up to the promoter to calculate how much money they need to make to turn a profit (music business) So in turn live nation determine the price of general admission seats pods etc. So it will be out of the hands of Rhianna & her management co.
