  • In my HHC I....
    washed up
gave DD her meds (still haven't done mine!)
cleaned the bunkers and put all the stuff in it's proper home
cleaned the LR floor and generaly decluttered
removed DD's earrings and cleaned loab and replaced
Not a lot really but it's a start I'm off to do the bathroom then I'll do DS1 + DD's room and then I may flop on the sofa for a while.

how did the rest of you get on?????????

Going for another HHC anyone want to join me????????
I am not sure if my school friend is coming today or not. She wanted to go to the local theme park, but i am not keen. Already been there a month or so ago, and it is cold & wet (and expensive! £23 for a wrist band, and I have Little Miss Sunshine so would cost me another £12 for hers - I wouldn't ask her mum to pay). I have said she is welcome to come to me, but haven't heard back.
    .

That's OK price wise as theme parks go. I think ours £ 25 over 1.5m and £15 I do know its £56 fr a family ticket which is why I'mgld we don't pay otherwise we wouldn't go;)

Don't worry all is in hand and we will carry out an almost seamless transition. JulieJim myself and KazW are taking it in turns and lucky you lot I'm first and I'm writing a list and checking it twice to find out who's been naughty or nice :rotfl:

Is it lunchtime yet, I'm starving.

    Im shaking in my shoes:eek:

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Quick question - completely unrelated - if you ordered 10m of velcro would you expect 10m of both the loop and hook side or 5m of each?

I think I would expect 10m of usable velcro - ie 10m of both. Not something I have thought about really :p

    Hello :)
Well my HHC turned into an hour and a half, lol! I sorted dishes, (although now have more), helped DH put covers back onto settee and hoovered. More dishes to do due to emptying fridge and about to clean it out and wash shelves then off to food shop after shower :) Will cook late dinner and then whatever time we have left me and DS2 are gardening :)

    Catch you later :)

    I'd expect the same.

I've managed to s&s the shower room and bathroom.
    DS2 definitely being more productive

DS1's results are in but it is a bit like a cliff hanger in Xfactor with a long ad break - we need a phone consultation and can't have one until next week - right - I'll be ringing during emergency surgery this afternoon;)

That's what I thought but I've ordered some from ebay and only been sent 5m.

Lamewolf – I keep removing the Spotty dog artwork on the patio window but it must be magic as reappears again within hours!

Frodders – lovely to see you! Hope your wrist is a little better. I still do my 60 in 60s on a regular basis. I’m still waiting for the say when I can’t find 60 things to do but I’m guessing it won’t happen for a while!

    JulieJim - i'd expect 10m too!

Need to tidy up a bit now as friends have left. Had a lovely time and added bonus was me and my friend went to TKmaxx and she made me try an long dress on (going to a ball next month) - it was gorgeous! Very happy I don't need to worry about that now.

DH nearly finished flooring attic so going to do a 60 in 60 down stairs, a 60 in 60 upstairs and then a bit of sorting in the attic. Then it's time for DS's MRI scan. Need to keep busy until then.

    Catch you all later xx

Complain and hammer with negative FB if they dont send the other half you bought... ;)

Double check what it says in the listing before complaining though.

    Kitchen... destroyed...

the new fridge is about 2cm wider then the old one so doesnt fit in the gap.. OH has gone mad at me for not measuring the gap etc.. the larder unit was being moved over 1cm and collapsed but TBH it hasnt had doors on for months and I was considering replacing it anyway so it may just be done sooner (as in today) rather than later (as in next time the earth changes direction)... Best go count the pennies and check out B&Q...

I said sorry.... and he shouldnt leave me unattended as I need adult supervision :p

    Pigpen sorry - sorted now

    Our bedroom cleaned
    landing cleaned
    Meter man read the meters
    Ebayer collected item
DS2 nearly there with today's brasswork

Washing quite dry so I'll give it another hour, just having a break on here and then a HHC in DS3's room.
