(I have ruined 2... the Vallikids get them as gifts from their cousins)
Been up to postbox to drop competition in -

My back is out again.
Typical, half term so DD is at home and I can't get out to entertain her. Also had grand plans re sorting out her wardrobe and room have gone to pot.Plus, every time I feel I'm starting to get on top of things, this happens then it all goes to pot.
Should really go to the chiropractor's, but I only went two or three weeks ago, I'm supposed to go back 6 weeks later. Can't afford to keep going every week!
mines does that now and again usually lasts 10 days however last time tried a new tactic for the pain minds tends to be muscular and i used a hot water bottle refilled every 2 hrs for 2 days and moving about a bit and by the end of 4 days was on the move although still sore n .i have to say used to be if i didnt walk the dog regularly but now feel its hormonal so hot water bottle is preferable as it was starting to be every month and i didnt want to keep using anti inflammatorys so regular
as a by the side i have borrowed my sisters wii fit and i think i noticed an exercise programme for back pain sufferes will let you know f its any good:D

Morning all
Aww I've woken late again - the routine I was building last week has gone right down the pan! Never mind - I can get it back
Well I was going to concentrate on the bedroom today but it is such a lovely day that me and DS2 have decided that when we come back from food shopping and eaten we are going to spend the afternoon de-weeding and tidying the gardenit does need doing but more than anything it will be a nice way to spend some quality time with my youngest, (hubby and DS1 may join in also which will be nice but hubby's shoulder is hurting and DS1 will probably go out with friends).
Well I'm off to tidy breakfast dishes away, (kitchen still smells lovely from yesterday's cleaning), get showered and go food shopping
Catch you later

Good morning
Did a big post last night, but lost internet connection
Anyway, this morning I have emptied all the bins, put out the recycling & food bin, poo picked in the garden, emptied the hoover & cleaned the filter (a bit), cleaned out the rabbit, cleaned out the cat litter tray, washed up the food bin and hoovered through downstairs.
I am not sure if my school friend is coming today or not. She wanted to go to the local theme park, but i am not keen. Already been there a month or so ago, and it is cold & wet (and expensive! £23 for a wrist band, and I have Little Miss Sunshine so would cost me another £12 for hers - I wouldn't ask her mum to pay). I have said she is welcome to come to me, but haven't heard back.
I am considering whether to buy DH an iPad2 for Xmas. They are so expensive!! I was going to get a Kindle for him, but if he gets an iPad next year (I know he would like one) it would be redundant & a waste of moneyDoes anyone on here have views?
Ok. Off to make lunch now.0 -
Beautiful autumn colours here today but it is much colder.
I have DS2 polishing brass, DS3 I've taken to a friends and DS1 worse than yesterday on the sofa.fly lady wise hope the thread doesnt close
Don't worry all is in hand and we will carry out an almost seamless transition. JulieJim myself and KazW are taking it in turns and lucky you lot I'm first and I'm writing a list and checking it twice to find out who's been naughty or nice :rotfl:
Is it lunchtime yet, I'm starving. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
