sure you can work, in some of your other posts you say that you 'manage all day without help' so there must be something you could do apart from giving advice out like this gem you you wrote earlier on another thread..........
''Is anyone in your family ill or disabled in any way?
That might be a way forward in increasing your income''Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

I would want at least a min of £200 a week more than I get now to work. Otherwise, there isn't any point.
Besides which I am disabled, so can't work.
What benefits would you lose? As dla isn't means tested, so you can work and still get it at the same rate?
My partner is disabled, but wants to work, we are setting up our own bussiness so he can work around his illness.
Just sounds to me like your bone idle.
As for the OP, your wife will be able to look for work now. My partners step mum (well pretty much, she isn't married to his dad) is Thai, and has been working since she arrived in the UK on a visa.0 -

What ever happened to being a 'stay at home Mum' and sharing your husbands money?
Since lone parents were given income support to live independently they find it hard to give up being financially independent and live as a family.
I worked, I got married, my husband supported me financially while I was at home with the children till I went back to work. This seems so alien to many people they just expect an entitlement to benefits.
So did I, and how I'm trying to recoup those 21 years now. Being a carer does not help, but it will happen.0 -

Think you used the wrong word there, compensation what you claim kids as accidents or something you didn't ask for.0 -

Gemstar- you're supposedly 'disabled' but 'managing' although it's not really a SAHM situation is it.. it's a SAHD(aughter) you've got. One whom you want to be your 'carer' because it's worth an extra 55 quid a week to you.
I'm an athiest- but by all that's holy, PLEASE be a troll! I'm really , REALLY scared she's not though
*waits for cit_k to appear and tell us all off for accusing anyone of faking anything*:D

Yep, that could be the next installment.
I think someone's having a laugh here and it's not me.0
