Got mine today! Bloody amazing as I never win anything! Now I can escape the Hell-hole for a day and go to the DWE! Woohoo!

Anyone know if these are singes or returns? I assumed return but the T&C's are a little vague. It looks like they are, but could use confirmation if anyone knows.

Sorry pressed the wrong button.

Fenris - They are return tickets, see condition 5 on the back of the ticket.

Stompa - Not that sort of scratchcard. You scratch off the Year/Month/Day you wish to travel , then enter a passenger name, origin station and destination station, then cover with the supplied sticky film. This is then a valid ticket.

Ah OK, thanks. Hopefully I should be receiving some soon!

Update: they've just arrived, so I see precisely what you mean. Since they're not like a standard ticket I guess you have to hope you don't come across an unmanned barrier!

Thanks! That's what I thought, but wasn't 100% sure.

And, thanks for restoring my faith that there are still some nice people on MSE!

They are 'scratchcards' , valid for 2010 & 2011, so I assume identical to the ones given away with annual season tickets as described in earlier posts.

Presumably you were smart enough to apply using two different addresses? I foolishly applied for both myself and Mrs S at the same address, so it looks like we'll only get one set - that'll teach me not to read the T&C's!
