they basically emailed me back with a copied and pasted explanation of how Treat Street works which was completely irrelevant to what I asked!

exactly what they did to me, what a joke!
    Happy days
  • Hi, I can't even get passed the login/register page, I've logged into boots.com and gone through all their steps (selecting retailer, etc) but when I get to the login/register page, just before I need to enter my code it just keeps going straight back to the same page even though I login with my boots details.

    Emailed livingsocial but no reply
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong

    Any help appreciated, T
  • I used mine last week, you have to select the retailer and then 'shop now' - before going further put your living social voucher number into the promotional codes section.

Then go to the site and make your purchase.

After a few days the 1500 points and your points allocated for your purchase will show in your account section under 'view my transactions' (this is near the bottom of your screen) - mine are showing in this list...

They do state that you will have to wait 35 days for them to be added in case you decide to return the item you purchased, which is fair enough I guess... and it also states you have to go into store to collect them so I'm thinking we will have to go and use the Advantage Points machine in store.

    Hope this helps!
:hello: Saving for that rainy day!
  • Playtrade is where independent traders use play.com to sell their goods. Kind of like Amazon marketplace or ebay.

I've got my email through today saying that my order was tracked successfully and that I will be getting my points. Hurrah! So it looks like playtrade purchases are valid, but I wouldn't want to guarantee this to others. Any update Kerry?

Thanks to Kerry and others on these forums. Must say that everyone seems very helpful.

Hi, has anyone who did an itunes purchase get it to track? I bought a 59p single as soon as my voucher arrived but I did not recieve an email regarding the transaction and no points are pending.

I have just done another purchase for 99p on itunes but I couldnt put my voucher code back in, it says it wasnt valid!

I am wondering if the purchase has to be over £1 in order to get a point as the 99p purchase is not going to give a boots point as it is 1 point per £1 spent, if that makes sense!

Anyone any positive results from using itunes????

I bought from Itunes (a 99p single) and that hasnt tracked either.

I was only thinking about the £1 thing before but it does state in the t&cs that its needs to me 1p or over or something?

:/ Dont mind buying something else for £1 in order to get my free points but I want to be re-assured that it is actually going to work this time!

thanks for the reply but it's still not working, dont even get as far as putting in the code. I select retailer and shop now and then I'm directed to the treatstreet login/register page and no matter if I try to login with my boots details or try to register it just keeps returning to the same page

I'm pretty sure it's just 1p minimum spend. My points took a good few days to come through so I wouldnt worry yet :)

I now have my 1500 points so thanks everyone on here for your help, I was worried for a while! :T
You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her <3 Big Bang Theory :)
  • I still haven't had my points tracked from itunes!! nothing showing up in transactions on treatstreet and no email from treatstreet! very frustrating!
  • I used mine on the 20th and my purchase has tracked, but no sign of my 1500 points yet. My husband used his on 23rd and both the purchase and 1500 points are there. I only spent 99p, but he spent £5, so I wonder if that's the problem, even though it says min 1p?
