EXPIRED!!! £15 to spend in Boots for just £5 with Living Social! :-)

Hi all
I've just spoken to the Boots customer care team about this iTunes issue as my order also hasn't tracked.
Apparently iTunes can be really slow in reporting orders to Boots and as yet no sales from 20th October or later have been reported, which is why no orders have been tracked in Treat Street and we haven't got our bonus points.
The Boots person assured me that there wasn't anything to worry about - she said that as soon as the orders were reported to Boots the website would be updated to reflect this and all Living Social points would be awarded. She said that there was no reason to worry that the tracking hadn't worked.
She also suggested that they expect iTunes sales to be reported within the next few days, so we shouldn't have too long to wait.
Hope that this helps.:)0 -
STILL haven't heard anything and Boots haven't even replied to my last email. Getting a bit peeved now!!If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0

Still no purchases tracked on either my account or my daughters account - these are itunes and play.com purchases. This is getting a bit ridiculous now and not necessarily giving me the impression of treat street that I think they thought it would."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

Still nothing on mine either. I made an additional purchase on Thursday hoping that it would track instead of the iTunes purchase, but still nothing!0

Myself and 3 of my friends have all placed orders and only 1 of us has had the points come up as pending. I feel really bad as I put them on to this offer! Will def not be using Living Social or Treat Street again after this, what a joke! Spend £5 for £15 sounded good, spend £5, then another £5 then get £15? Don't think I'd have bothered!.•

I have made 2 purchases, the first for ebay on 20 October and another on 24 October to HMV, neither are showing, I emailed yesterday and I have just received the standard e-mail that everyone seems to be getting that I wasn't logged in etc etc.
This is crazy that so many people are having this problem I am not spending any more money through them for them just to tell me that I wasn't logged in when I was. Surely someone from MSE needs to step in and help out, afterall it was promoted in their e-mail.0 -
I now have my 1500 points pending.
First time out I paid 99p on play.com, second time £1.27 on eBay, both items I would have purchased anyway. It seems the £1.27 one has tracked. I don't know if that makes any difference, being over £1.0 -
Rather unsurprisingly, neither my nor my daughters purchased are tracked yet. One account had a purchase from itunes under £1 and a purchase from play over £3, the other account has a puchase from play over £2 and a purchase from play over £1, yet nothing has tracked on either. Not the best advert for either company.
And yes, we were logged in, yes we did clear cookies first yada yada yada!"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

I've just been back to have a look at the T&Cs for this offer, in case there's something obvious I missed, and it quite clearly says: "Spend any amount on a qualifying purchase with your chosen Treat Street retailer". I feel really bad cos mines has tracked but my friends' haven't and they wouldn't have known anything about it if I hadn't told them.

I purchased a song from ITunes for 99p using the living social voucher. The purchase didnt track and I called Boots to find out why but they said I couldnt have been logged in, although I was.
Yesterday I purchased an item for £12 from ELC through the treat street website. This time my purchase tracked and I have just looked and the living social points have been added below the purchase. I didnt re enter the voucher code when buying from ELC as it stated that it had already been used.0
