Have just spoken to Boots as my iTunes purchase didn't track via the treat street website. They told me that the purchase has to be a minimum of £5.00 for the voucher to work. I thought it was 1p. Looked on living social but can't find any mention of it. Please help!
Its definitely not a minimum of £5 as mine tracked on a £1.24 Ebay item!
Am SO sorry so many of you are having trouble with purchases tracking through Treat Street - It seems mainly a problem with Itunes and Play purchases tracking???
It seems Ebay and other purchases track okay withing 5 days , maybe it is like Quidco where the retailer has to confirm the purchase and some of them are ultra slow by the sound of it
Not good when you are waiting for 1500 points to track!!!0 -

Mine was Ebay for 99p and its still not tracked. I have now sent them 2 emails and one missing points form and still not heard anything! It really is shocking customer care from Boots Treat Street and `I certainly won't be using them again!

Sounds like their CS is appalling , so sorry you have had all this trouble , sounds stressful & I hope you get it sorted as it is your entitlement after purchasing the deal & they need to deliver!!0

Mine are tracked but awaiting confirmation - I purchased mine on the 21st but it wasn't up on treatstreet until the 23rd IIRC. Says we should get the points on our card within 35 days of transaction date though0

Purchased the jumper offer from Matalan no 1500 points, although definately logged in as i have order confirmation from treat street. I am waiting to hear back from CS but from an experience last year don't hold out much hope.
To top it all off our items were taking a while for delivery so tracked online and they have been signed for by some unknown person ( no nearby neighbours). Contacted courier company for number house they delivered too and said that they only have signatory information, very helpful. :mad:It only takes a second to say thanks!

OK, I bought a song from itunes on 20/10/11. Nothing is showing up on my treatstreet account. Should I e-mail the treatstreet website using the 'missing points link'??
Thanks

I think that's probably the best idea although to be honest I did the same 3 days ago and I've not heard anything. You should maybe consider emailing them too.:)If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0 -
I decided to purchase something else (other than the iTunes song) from ebay last Friday and today I came on and my 1,500 have tracked and will be awarded within 35days

Fed up have purchased twice through mothercare and once through ebay and none of them have tracked, what have Boots said on the matter, well I imagine the same as everyone else, they have sent a generic email on how to use Treat Street, how patronising. I know how to use it, it doesn't flippin track!Comping wishlist for 2017
