Mine tracked but the points never came through. Emailed living social and they said contact Boots. Not helpful. So not using living social again.

Have you tried putting your card in the machine as they will be there now?

I did a reserve and collect at Currys but never collected it but I still got the confirmation of points the next day saying they would be applied. I got a bit panicky and decided to buy House from itunes rather than Sky (missed E1 of S8) but they gave me my points on the missed collection.

It really has nothing to do with Living Social. Boots will be able to sort it out for you.

Bit confused, hope some one can help.
When I put my advantage card into the machine the 1500 points are now showing, but how long do I have to spend them before they expire.

Once your points are on your account, there is no expiry.
There was a deadline of 6 months to actually update your points via the machine but you've done that now.

Does anyone know how i can find out if my code has been logged, i first went into this when i got the voucher back in october and i think but not 100% sure that i logged the voucher and thought i'd buy something another time. i forgot anyway and have now remembered i need to use by 20th jan so went into treatstreet but no pop up box has come up when i click on a retailer. i assume my code has been remembered from october but how can i check??? any advice would be great thanks as am now nearly out of time!

You should be getting a pop up. When I click on any store, I am taken to a sort of start page for that retailer. When I click the "shop now" button, the pop up window appears with the box where your code would be entered. Could a pop up blocker be preventing you from seeing the window?

As far as I know, the only way to check if your Living Social code has been logged is to enter it again. If it has been logged it will tell you.

I havent and I email them at least once a month and noone replies- even used the email address the Boots representitive gave earlier on in the thread.

Im giving up hope of receiving them now
