I have rec'd an email from boots saying i wasnt logged in or navigated away from the page both of which is untrue. My order was from ebay for £2.89. Boots have said I need to make another transaction but why should I when I have already made one and don't need anything else as the shops available on treat street are limited, not happy
Hi Fleur
Please email us at treatstreet@boots.co.uk and I'll check your account and try to sort this out for you - it may be that ebay didn't tell us about your £2.89 order but I can resolve that without you having to complete another order
thanks Boots“Verified Company

Hi Woolly hat! Thats the 35 days between your transaction being made and the points appearing at the kiosk. Sorry about the wait - we have to wait that long in case you end up returning or cancelling your order
You'll get an email from Treat Street after 35 days to remind you to collect your points too
thanks, Boots“Verified Company

I've also received an email to say my treat street advantage points are ready to collect but there is no mention of the 1500 points just the shop i purchased from (ebay) and the date (20/10/11). Was this the info you got too? TIA0
