Well an order of £142 is not under £1 neither is £7.40 or £10.80. I think you have to accept that treat street isn't a reliable service and why would customers waste their time using it when it doesn't work? Certainly not for the great customer service. Even the messages from the rep ignores the issues posted on here, no one wants to call a premium rate number to try and sort your error. I will try emailing one last time but if you stick another 'you are incompetent at using treat street' email in my inbox I shall be letting you know where you should have stuck it first!Comping wishlist for 2017

i had this email this morning from boots after 3 attempts at trying to get my points from them! hope it helps someone.
Hi
Thanks for your further email. I do apologise you didn't receive a response from us.
Due to a technical error your transaction was missed from Treat Street. I'm afraid that as the transaction was under ?1.00 the website didn't pick up the fact a genuine purchase was made. I can appreciate this is disappointing and we've now got everything fixed.
I've manually added a recent transaction to your Treat Street account, which will now activate the Living Social Voucher bonus points. Please be aware that these points can take up to 48 hours after standard points to appear in your account. Once you have received these you will be able to collect them from any Advantage Card extra offers kiosk machine located in many of our larger stores.
Thanks again for contacting us. If we can be of further help please don't hesitate to contact me on 0845 609 0055
Many thanks
Scott Chadder
Boots Customer Care
Don't get your hopes up! I got told the 1500 were added manually by a customer service and also told to wait 48 hours. After waiting more than 48 hours STILL no LivingSocial points so emailed back. They then sent ME a stroppy email 'As I mentioned before...' and told me to wait a WEEK now for my 1500 points to appear and email them if they haven't appeared.
Needless to say I STILL don't have the points. Extremely shocking service from Boots.0 -
One of my transactions was for less than £1, none of the others were. Boots really aren't showing themselves in a good light here. My daughter has long since given up trying to get anything to track and just written off the £5, I'm going the same way. hi Gemma,
i have checked again today and surprisingly the points are actually showing as awaiting confirmation, and availble for collection in 35 days. i'm glad i've finally got them but cannot believe the lengths we've had to go to. i won't be using them again thats for sure! hope u get yours soon0 -
Wish I hadn't bothered with this deal now
Just spent over half an hour on the phone & eating into the £10 'points profit' via the cost of the 0845 call
The person on the other end was pretty clueless & after discussions with a senior staff member said I had to wait 35 days until after my purchase before i could do anything
I tried to explain that the purchase i made from play.com 20 days ago hadn't tracked (& so no £15 LS points were pending either) & that needed sorting out but he was adament that if i waited the full 35 days it would all magically sort it self out - they even got the date wrong saying I had to wait till 14th Dec on a purchase made on 20th Oct
When I complained about the cost of the phone calls they did at least promise me 500 extra points so if you phone them then make sure you ask for this too
saynoto0870.com lists a possible freephone number - unfortunately i cannot use it as I dont have a landline (I only use a mobile & make calls via my PC)
I hope the Boots company representative has the deceny to contact each person here who still has a problem & sort them out especially since I have done what they suggested & it didnt sort the problem out due to clueless phone reps
i.e. the post above said
best thing to do is again contact customer care who can check your account and see what the status of your transaction is and manually award the points if necessary.
THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WOULDN'T DO THAT DESPITE ME TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT MY PLAY.COM ORDER PLACED 20 DAYS AGO HAD NOT TRACKED - THEY DIDNT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF TRACKING & FUTHERMORE TOLD ME I WOULDN'T GET ANY POINTS FROM MY PLAY.COM ORDER !

Same problem that everyone else is having. Placed a £8.99 order with hmv and it's not tracked,,emailed customer services with same old email that everyone else has received. Really wish I hadn't bothered now, really hasn't done anything for boots reputation.0

I've had a reply saying that it must be that my operating system is incompatible with treatstreet - that'll be windows 7 then :wall:"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

I've replied saying that considering I deleted all my cookies, then logged into treatstreet and then clicked through to the retailer, it must be the operating system and perhaps they should have a warning on their site that treatstreet is incompatible with windows 7!"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

I haven't responded yet, but maybe I should reply with a similar response. Gets you so angry doesn't it.0
