Although when I check my Boots Treat Street account it is still showing as 0 points but I am certainly going to try my advantage card tomorrow and see what happens!

My Treat Street account has 1500 pending from the voucher but just noticed it's saying 'Waiting For Confirmation'.

So, does anyone know if the 35 days are already ticking down or whether the 35 days start once they have been confirmed?

argh they're driving me up the wall! I eventually got a reply saying 'I can confirm the living social code needs to be entered on the screen...' blah blah blah I KNOW all this and I DID that I just want my points!

I got the same rubbish email reply which didn't answer my question at all.

Although my purchase did eventually track and so did the points I am wary of a company that send copy and paste replies to emails without even reading my email.

i was still waiting for my points to show from my 59p itunes purchase, last night i went through treat street to place a order with play.com i did not enter my living social code again and to my surprise i had a email this morning confirming my purchase with play.com logged onto treat street and i have my 2 points from play.com order 1500 from living social 100 tell a friend and 250 from friend bonus points. the living social and play both have yesterdays (31st) date next to them! so i am assuming something went wrong with itunes!! x

I gave up with my itunes orders, neither have tracked and no email confirming the treat street order. Did a £6.50 purchase with ebay but no email confirming order and no tracking as yet, although 5 days are not up yet.

How long did peoples ebay orders take to track?

Not a happy bunny and feel bad as I passed this deal onto a few others and they are having problems too!

Ok so like most of you have had similiar problems with purchases not tracking through treatstreet placed an order with new look on the same day I received my living social code 20/10/2011, logged in my account( definitely know that for a fact) put code in and went through to retailer purchase made = £4, anyway after about 10 days of it not tracking on treat streat, I made another purchase through play.com for £8.78 a day later it tracked received a confrimation e-mail and Ive just checked my account and my 1500 boots points are pending I know I spent £12.78 but they were xmas pressies anyway so I'm not to annoyed, just pleased its finally tracked but have no idea why it didnt track my first order, have sent an e-mail so will wait and see!

Looks like i will have to buy something on Play.com ! I have made several purchases through treat street on Itunes. The first one i followed the link and input my vouchercode in the right place. Then itunes had some kind of update which i think may have interupted it. I have not seen any points or the transaction showing up. I used the link again just a few days ago for Itunes.. i can't enter the code anymore it says its not recognised or already been used ?? I contacted treat street sounds like i got the same generic response as everyone else.. why can't they validate whether my voucher has been used or not ? I gather you do not have to enter it again but then how do you know its not a problem with the voucher ? Quite frustrating seen as i used the voucher as soon as it was activated appreciatingt he 35 days wait after.. at this rate i will just use it to grab some bargains in the Boots January sale !

Finally one transaction has tracked, but no sign of the extra points? Do the 1500 points get added later?
