I have finally got my points
I think what did the trick was that in the last email I sent them I provided a link to this thread & the boots person responding actually had sufficient intelligence to click through, read it and understand the problem
It appears that if you manage to get someone who knows what they are doing you can sort it out - they seem thin on the ground though
My recommendation to others emailing boots would be to provide a link to this thread & maybe put FAO : Scott Chadder i.e. the person listed in a post above0 -
I woke up in the middle of the night remembering about buying this deal, this morning logged in to my treat street and it seems to have tracked and says will be ready to use in 35 days so good stuff, no drama for once! :jOh no, not you again!:money:0

I ordered from Play, and it did track within treat street. How do I get the points on my boots card? ( not done this before).I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Just logged into Treat Street and under my current points balance it says "an additional 1505 points will be ready for collection in 35 days" :T
My transaction was £4 spent on eBay.0 -
called the number today and got it sorted in 5 mins

Hi All - Very pleased to see that many people's transactions have now tracked and your points are in your account - hurrah!
Unfortunately it seems like some of you are still having issues with our customer services team - we apologise for this - we've tried our best to make sure that everyone on the customer services team is aware of how treat street works and the procedure they should follow with customer queries, but it appears that the message hasn't gotten through to everyone.
If you are still having issues therefore, could you please contact Treat Street at Treatstreet@boots.co.uk with your name and the email address you used to transact through Treat Street? I will personally check your account and follow the process through with you until your 1500 points are available at the kiosk
thanks, Boots“Verified Company

Hi there!
You can collect your points from any extra offers kiosk (in most larger Boots stores) 35 days after the date of your transaction. You'll receive an automatic email from Treat Street when your Play points are ready to pick up (although it won't mention your 1500 points but they will be there too).
Just pop your card in and the kiosk will do the rest - a screen will automatically appear telling you that you have points added from Boots Treat Street.

Collect at kiosk instore.
I also ordered from Play, I have received an email from Treatstreet to tell me it's tracked and they say they will email again when the points are ready to collect.
I was dreading using TS after all the negative feedback.0 -

As customer services have ignored my last email, and I have spent enough money calling customer services (which for the record isn't cheap) I have emailed through the above email and hope this matter can be brought to a close quickly.
I feel really let down with Boots, I remember the days I really looked forward to shopping thereComping wishlist for 2017

I have rec'd an email from boots saying i wasnt logged in or navigated away from the page both of which is untrue. My order was from ebay for £2.89. Boots have said I need to make another transaction but why should I when I have already made one and don't need anything else as the shops available on treat street are limited, not happy0
