Grrr why do things never go right for me. I made my Treatstreet order with my social living code with ebay, but the seller cancelled my order because they didnt have my size (their mistake) i've been round in circles but can't find any info on where to go from here to make sure i get my points...my purchase is showing as 'waiting for confirmation' although i already know this is going to fall through because my order wasn't completed. I made another whole new purchase with ebay through treatstreet although these are not showing as linked in any way on my account....do i need a new code? can anyone help?

Nothing tracked or no points awarded 6 days on and I know I done it all right, cleared cookies etc.

Starting to think it was too good to be true.

Who do we go to if a purchase hasnt been tracked? Is it Boots? Treatstreet or Living social?

Mine still not tracked either after 5 days. After emailing Boots Treat Street twice and getting the same email back I then received another email asking me to contact them with details of my purchase i.e. name of retailer and how much was transaction and they will investigate further. I don't really understand why they need this info as it is on my account, albeit with 0 points.
I am now just waiting for a reply.

After reading previous posts I think it may be something to do with transaction only being 99p but would be interested to know if anyone has had their 1500 points when their transaction was less than 99p.

For anyone else that have not got their points email Boots Treat Street and just keep on at them and hopefully we'll all get our points soon!!

No points for me yet either after 6 days.

I too purchased a 99p song from iTunes. Emailed them yesterday using the 'missing points' form so will see what they say if they get back to me.

I made another purchase yesterday from play.com which was £3.30 and i have had an email saying that my points for that transaction has gone thought but nothing about 15,000.

I've emailed them 3 times and i've never had a reply. They are going to get a very angry phone call of me tomorrow as i'm getting a tad fed up now. :mad:

Ok so after my 1st email to CS I received a copied and pasted generic response which related in absolutely no way to my question, so i replied saying just that and asking for details as to why my 1500 points hadnt been tracked, today I got a reply email... The exact same copied and pasted response I got the first time!! Absolutely no difference and absolutely no reference to what I had said! So needless to say they got a snotty email back, no doubt ill get the same copied and pasted response I got the last 2 times...

Another day passed and nothing showing in my account for my iTunes purchase.

Is it worth me making another purchase somewere else do you think or should I give it another few days?
