1500 points added to my treat street account but does say 'waiting for confirmation' so i guess thats what the 35 days wait is for.

Im a bit worried now,
in my account it shows no points at all tracking and I bought a song through iTunes (after going through treatstreet with my code). I know it does say 5 days but as a couple of others have got at least there ebay or other retailers points Im wondering if I have done something wrong
Hi Dan, Kerry from the Treat Street team here
Some retailers are better than others at telling us about transactions quickly - iTunes tend to be quite slow which is probably why your transaction hasn't yet appeared. If it still hasn't appeared after 5 days, the best thing to do is contact our customer care team on 0845 121 2837

Hi there, Kerry from the Treat Street team here
Completely correct - we have to wait 35 days to assign your points to your Advantage Card in case you decide to return your purchase. Once the status changes to 'Awarded' in your account (and we'll also send you an email to confirm), your points will be ready to pick up at any Extra Offers kiosk

cloudberry45 wrote: »I bought an itunes song for 99p - it doesnt matter about value just as long as you make a purchase. Also if you have already registered on boots.com you just use the same to log into treat street so you can not get a referral. HTH
Hi guys - just to clarify, the Tell a friend promotion IS open to people who have purchased at Boots.com, the only conditions are that
1) you refer your friend (who is not already a registered Treat Street user, it doesn't matter if they've previously purchased on boots.com). If they are already registered on Treat Street, they won't receive a invitation email
2) your friend comes to treat street using the link from their referral email and registers/logs in to Treat Street for the first time and makes a purchase

Hi, I had a similar problem (see my previous post). This is the reply I've just received and tbh I am no further forward. I have not yet placed another order through Treat Street. I don't know why the email confirms I need to enter the promotional number on the Treat Street website and not on the merchants website as this was not the issue. I think I will just go ahead and place a small order with Ebay and see how it goes, and if I have no luck i will e-mail them again.
Thanks for contacting us about the promotional code you have been given by Living Social for ?15 worth of points on your next Treat Street purchase.
I can appreciate your concerns as the Itunes website froze so you went to order from Ebay but it said the code had already been used.
I can confirm the code needs to be entered on the Treat Street website before you're referred to the merchant?s website and not on the merchants website.
As the Itunes website froze, you should have been able to exit the Itunes website and go back to the Treat Street page (where you entered the code) and select a different merchant.
As this is not one of our offers you will need to contact Living Social for more information. I do apologise for any trouble this may cause to you.
Thanks again for contacting us. If I can be of any further help to you, please do let me know on the number below, your personal reference number is .'
Hi Nina, Kerry from the Treat Street team here
Please accept my apologies that our customer care team weren't as helpful as they could have been in this matter.
I can confirm that once you've entered your code once, as you did on your way to iTunes, there is no need to enter it again. Our system remembers it and it will be triggered as soon as we get notification that you've made a purchase. Since your purchase with iTunes wasn't successful, you are correct that you'll need to make a purchase with any retailer on treat street in order to get your 1500 points.
The purchase that you do make will show in your treat street account within 5 days of you making it, and don't worry if you see your purchase but don't see your 1500 points award immediately, as it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the system to recognise the transaction and match it up with the promotional code.
Hope that helps!
Thanks, Kerry“Verified Company

If it hasn't worked then am I right in saying that Treat Street will have saved my code?
If it has saved my code do I have to buy something from IWOOT to qualify for the 1,500 points (as that's where I bought from thinking it would go through) or can I buy from any of your affiliates and still qualify?
TIA for your help
Hi Scottish Lass,
Your purchase will not have tracked no. Don't worry though, Treat Street will remember your code and you can buy anything from any of our 70+ retailers to qualify. Let me know if you have further questions.
You're welcome!

cloudberry45 wrote: »But does this mean if you decide not to check out today with that particular retailer they will remember it for next time but only for that retailer? Might not let you use that voucher number for a different retailer once you have already entered it? I went to the apple store instead of the itunes store and want to be sure that it will track onto my advantage card before I purchase something. . . not sure what to do
Hi Cloudberry - to confirm, our system remembers your code for you, and it also doesn't matter which retailer you were going to visit when you entered the code. You could enter the code on Dorothy Perkins, and then decide to make a purchase at New Look for example and the Advantage Card points would still be triggered when you make a purchase. If you re-enter the code though, the system will not accept it as it thinks you have already used it (since you already entered it).
Hope that helps, let me know if you have further questions

I've just purchased something from Playtrade, via the Play.com website using my Treat Street voucher code. A bit worried now that this isn't Play.com and I won't get my points. Please can anyone help?
Thank you.0 -
I gave treatstreet my code, made my purchase then tried to look at something else on treatstreet and it informed me that my session had expired. The purchase isn't tracked but it won't let me use my code again. No response from customer services yet.52% tight0

Kerry,
I'm having the same issue as khal327 so thank you for clarifying the 5 day rule. However, I made two orders, one with my code (at Play.com) and one on behalf of my mum (at Ebay) and there was no other mention of Treat Street at any point during the ordering process or in the confirmation email. I'm unsure if this means I've done something wrong? As I expected a mention of Treat Street past the Boots website?
Thanks in advance! You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her
