Hi, I had a similar problem (see my previous post). This is the reply I've just received and tbh I am no further forward. I have not yet placed another order through Treat Street. I don't know why the email confirms I need to enter the promotional number on the Treat Street website and not on the merchants website as this was not the issue. I think I will just go ahead and place a small order with Ebay and see how it goes, and if I have no luck i will e-mail them again.

I can confirm the code needs to be entered on the Treat Street website before you're referred to the merchant?s website and not on the merchants website.

As the Itunes website froze, you should have been able to exit the Itunes website and go back to the Treat Street page (where you entered the code) and select a different merchant.

I hope there are not going to be big problems with this Living Social deal

You are right its unfair that you don't get the extra 250 points if you are signed up to Boots.com itself as treat street is a different 'branch'

I still don't understand why my Ebay points have tracked but not my 1,500 points!

Has this happened to anyone else?? x

ooooooo just checked and the points ARE pending now ready for collection in 35 days!!

It is unfair that just because we registered before on boots.com we cant get the points for using treat street. I registered over 5 years ago on boots.com BUT if the 1500 points go through then im happy. I do believe that some people are going to have problems getting their points as it is not exactly the quickest or smoothest process to complete.

I have referred 2 people and I believe that also takes 35 days for the 250 points to show. If anyone has not registered then pm me and I can refer you. Hope everyone gets smooth transactions

I'm a bit confused on this deal so have been holding back buying anything. From what I am reading, there would be no point in me getting a referral as I have bought on boots.com? Also, can I just buy something cheap (no idea what though!) on ebay and then I automatically get the points? Thanks very much.

I bought an itunes song for 99p - it doesnt matter about value just as long as you make a purchase. Also if you have already registered on boots.com you just use the same to log into treat street so you can not get a referral. HTH

ive tried to refer my oh to treat street several times and the email isnt arriving anyone have any ideas as to whats happening? its not gone to junk and we've checked the emails correct.

I did not want to close the screen and open itunes on my laptop in case the purchase did not track.

I reffered 3 of my friends too this deal and ended up getting the voucher for free (or so they said). Now they have charged my bank with the £5, will they refund this once the other payments have gone through? anyone know the score here. thanks

Im a bit worried now,

in my account it shows no points at all tracking and I bought a song through iTunes (after going through treatstreet with my code). I know it does say 5 days but as a couple of others have got at least there ebay or other retailers points Im wondering if I have done something wrong
