Ok now I have an email saying the points have tracked but it just says 6 points will go into my Advantage card account in 35 days! No mention of my 1500 points! You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her

I just got confirmation of my 12 points but no mention of the 1500
That's okay, they do it separately. I had an offer a couple of months ago for 200 extra points if I made a purchase. The purchase and the extra points are listed separately in my account.52% tight0 -
I've just purchased something from Playtrade, via the Play.com website using my Treat Street voucher code. A bit worried now that this isn't Play.com and I won't get my points. Please can anyone help?
Thank you.
Hi there - Playtrade is indeed not eligible to receive advantage card points (you can see exclusions in the ts and cs for each shop) - therefore play won't report your transaction to us and the 1500 ad card point award won't be triggered in this case. You'll need to make a valid purchase with any of the 79 retailers on treat street in order to trigger it

I'm having the same issue as khal327 so thank you for clarifying the 5 day rule. However, I made two orders, one with my code (at Play.com) and one on behalf of my mum (at Ebay) and there was no other mention of Treat Street at any point during the ordering process or in the confirmation email. I'm unsure if this means I've done something wrong? As I expected a mention of Treat Street past the Boots website?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Pinkchick,
You're correct that once you've clicked out through Treat Street and gone to ebay/play, you won't then see any mention of Treat Street. But you will receive a confirmation order from Treat Street within 5 days of your purchase (usually sooner) to tell you that your order was tracked.
Can I just check also that you made one order on your treat street account and one using your mums, as the living social offer is limited to one per account - if you entered two codes on the same account, you would only receive 1500 points
thanks, Kerry“Verified Company

I gave treatstreet my code, made my purchase then tried to look at something else on treatstreet and it informed me that my session had expired. The purchase isn't tracked but it won't let me use my code again. No response from customer services yet.
Hi Jellyhead - When did you make your purchase? It takes up to five days for the retailer to tell us about your transaction, but as soon as we do hear about it, we send you a confirmation email. So its possible that your transaction tracked but you just haven't heard about it yet.

Please can someone offer some advice with his. I phoned, emailed and i've not had any help.
I also bought the livingsocial voucher and i bought a dvd from play.com on the 20th, its not the 25th (so 5 days later) and i've had nothing throught. No emails, nothing to say i'm going to get the points. I phoned up and the woman was so unhelpful. All she said was "read the terms and conditions and it will tell you there how long it will take".
I have made a purchase throught treat street before (also with play.com) and i got my email and points no problem.
I also refered my husband about 2 weeks ago now and neither of us have had the £2.50 or an email to confrim it (also emailed treat street about a week ago and had no reply)Started 01/01/13 Swagbucks 2013 £30/£150

Thanks for that Kerry. I had a look in the terms and conditions and I couldn't see anything in the exclusions about Playtrade. Anyway I wasn't too fussed and went back through treat street and re-entered my code, but it said that it wasn't recognised or had already been used.
What do I do now?0 -

My play.com purchase from last week (5+ days ago) didn't track through treatstreet either. I've had to make another purchase this morning, so used treatstreet again, rather than my usual cashback site, cleared all my cookies etc etc.
My daughter bought this deal too and used treatstreet to buy something through itunes and that didn't track either - seems to be a bit of a recurring theme!!
She says her voucher is showing as used if she tries to use it again, but I think it was mentioned earlier in this thread that it would as treatstreet would remember it and apply it to the first tracked transaction."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

Thanks Jellyhead, that's a more useful answer than Boots CS gave me, they basically emailed me back with a copied and pasted explanation of how Treat Street works which was completely irrelevant to what I asked!
What is Playtrade? I assume that's different to ordering from Play.com?You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her
