    Oh my goodness!!!

Biobulbs!!! What a difference! I put one in the bathroom and its like a fresh summers day in there! I am going onto amaz0n tonight to get enough to replace all the bulbs in the house! Normal bulbs are depressing compared to the biobulb!!!

Question... Do they work with dimmer switches?

Also, I REALLY need to find ones with small fittings to fit my living room lights - help please anyone? Kittie?

Just posted about this on the Preparing for Winter thread but thought it would be useful here too...

SAD sufferers - I am taking Vit D - been taking for a few weeks now and I feel enormously better. I didn't think it would make such a huge difference but I can't put it down to anything else so, as I know a few of us on this thread suffer, I would post here. I got mine for 90p for 60 tabs at MrS on the counter... I take 3000iu so a few tabs a day but stocked up and have enough for winter :D

I hope that helps someone x

I bought some Vit D today, and ive taken 2 tablets as prescribed, I just hope and pray that I get some relief like you have from taking them...........T*sco are doing 3 items for the price of 2 so that came at a good time cos I needed to get some glucosamine, so ive got 2 tubs of vit D, I know that I will have to have at least one months supply in me to get any effect if they do work for me, some work for some people but not the same for everyone ........................

Been quite nice here today , I put the heating on about 7 tonight but soon had to turn it off , in fact I had to go outside in my dressing gown to cool down a bit............Be nice if by thursday 1 st December that the temps would go down , cos its just too mild at this time of year, I cant even think of putting up decorations in a tee shirt........

Im off to bed soon, just watching a bit of X factor as im typing,I hope your all having a good weekend , I hear some parts of the country have high winds so you all take care ...........
