:jI have got on it at last. Long may it last. I'll get into that bl**dy dress if it kills me. Food as follows
    B-fast-2 toast and banana
    Snack- Apple
Lunch- 2 bread, chicken l.f mayo, apple, 2 swizzel lollies
    Snack - quavers
    Dinner- pasta with cheese sauce
    Supper- crisps, 2 meringue nests

This is a massive decrease on what I was eating. Iput on 2lbs this week and tbh I was lucky to get away with that. Been peeing all day so that must be good. TMI?? :rotfl:Tough :rotfl:

    WELL DONE!!!!!!

I keep peeing too, I'm blaming the weather and the 5 cups of tea my boss has made me today

    Can I join in please?

I exercise loads but have no spare money for a diet club either. Would like to lose 14lb by xmas. I am in a total rut at the moment, keep on thinking I will be better tomorrow but then just eat a load of crap again!

Yesterday was another successful day for me.

    Breakfast. Porrisge
Lunch Heinz lentil soup (my fave) crackerbread and philly, muller light
Dinner, Mince and onion pie, small amount of mash and veg.
Snacks were, options hot choc, one rich tea biscuit, 3 pieces of fruit.

    NO WINE.....OR BREAD. Doing well.

    Lets see how today goes.

Peeing a lot as there is no food to soak it up.................

    Hey y'all!
    Where is everyone tonight?
Hope yo had a good day!
just reporting my [STRIKE]binge[/STRIKE] eating for today-
B- cappuccino, frube, banana, belvita bikkies
    s- wafer and cappccino
L- Sausage (those german skinny light lidl ones) sarnie and plum
    s- apple
(6 marshmallows and wafer after work)
    D- rice, mince and spinach
S-some fudge and a kinder bueno mini bar i think.

Looks like work consumption is improving and tea time bingeing is increasing. Anyone have any ideas to stop that?
I don't like to have my supper until about 7.30 as i stay up til quite late and it would just mean eating more!

    mango and an apple snack
5 poppy seed crackers and a small pot of low fat houmous as a pre workout snack
sardines in tomato sauce on wholemeal bread for post work out snack
Options cherry hot chocolate - delicious!

And did an hour's dance class, now feel like having a dance off with Madge. I would win, obviously. ;-)

ziggle50 I find evenings a problem too. Especially when I am in the house alone. I really try to focus on what I am trying to achieve, and what I will be losing by bingeing. And try to think of why I want to do it and resolve that...or lose myself in a good book!

I also usually have my evening meal anytime from 7:30-8:30 ish. It's just that first half hour when I get home (about 6), all willpower goes out of the window and so when I decide to have 1 biscuit, it usually ends up being about 5 without me even realising it.
  • Have loads of fruit in all chopped and ready to munch on. Or soup as that is normally quite low and would see you through until Dinner time.

I have such a busy life that our dinner times are different every night. Tonight was at 8.30 as DS was at a tae kwon do class and we dont get in until 8pm. I actually ended up having a pack of crisps whilst I waited BUT last week I had a twix as well so that's progess of sorts :rotfl:.

    Today's food:-
    B/Fast- Toast and banana
    Lunch- Spaghetti bolognese ( leftovers)
Dinner- roast beef, mash and sweetcorn
Snacks- crisps, chipsticks, strawberries and a fudge

Not too bad. I am happy with that :D
