    I've been told today, that I am eligible (I knew this all along) and should have the cash by 3rd May. We'll see.
    £200 appeared in my Co-Op account this afternoon, and has been shifted out, in case they changed their minds!!
    C'mon you Canaries!!

    Amazingly, I received a call on Saturday afternoon from the Co-Op, regarding my recent complaint. They were extremely apologetic, and by way of an apology, have deposited £50 ( :grin: ) in my current account. NOW I'm off!! ;):beer::beer:

    I have had a letter confirming my complaint, complete with spelling mistakes!

    I've made my mind up and will be moving my account when the complaint is sorted, they messed up when opened my account online so I had to go in branch, I've had two cheque books sent with my name wrong on them and now no incentive paid. Back to HSBC for me...

    Finally got mine yesterday (8th May).

    After two phone calls and a couple of weeks of waiting.

    First time a chap said the payments team would review and it would be in my account within a week. A week later I called back and a lady referred it to her manager who sorted it out with a few days.

    Shame I had to call, but once I had they got the ball rolling fairly swiftly and easily.

    I know how you feel, I had my surname spelled wrong on cheque book which is a joint account with my wife whose surname was spelled correctly! strange as we both had the same surname for the past 30 years. Also my name was spelled incorrecly on my visa card.
    I have had a long catalogue of errors which include 3 months to switch my direct debits.
    One big !!!!-up after another:mad::mad::mad:

    Not good that you lot are having bother with the Co op.

    I signed up for their £100 incentive through the Stoke FC infinity thing, not their £200 offer, but i imagine they operate similar/same.

    I signed up 20 Dec 2011.

    I can't remember whether i'm due the £100 20 April 2012 or 20 May 2012, so i'll lump for the latter. If it isn't paid in then i'll have to go chasing.
