Thanks for this. Well since I'm a carnivorous smoker I guess I can probably just leave my account where it is in that case :laugh:0 -

I was just wondering if there was a set amount of months that others on here were given before they'd receive their bonus.C'mon you Canaries!!0

I have nothing but disgust for this bank. After submitting all the forms in on time way back in the middle of October as soon as the offer was announced and waiting patiently for six months I have been told that since the transfer was from a smile account I would not be getting the £200! I actually spoke to Coop in October asking them precisely this and they said it would be ok!!! Needless to say I have cancelled my account with them, will cancel my home insurance with them and I will never touch them again. COOP are in a word RUBBISH!0

Switch date 3rd Jan
£800 transferred every 10th of month
Bonus £200 received 17 May0 -
I must admit it's fairly basic but no massive annoyances - apart from not being able to cancel direct debits actually now that I think about it. Just tells me to phone them whenever I've tried.
.
Surprising as I can delete DDs on my smile account (just did one) which I thought was identical save for the secure messages, which are not on the Co-op version.Ethical moneysaver0 -

yay got my £100 (the Stoke City / Britannia version) today. Switching completed 14 December so should have been paid by 13 April. I suspect that my letter of complaint did the trick as there was general ignorance of this offer in their call centre.Ethical moneysaver0

Wonder if anyone can help.
I opened an account in branch on the last eligible day, or maybe one day before that - and have had my salary and my partners paid in ever since.
I've now recieved a letter to say that I'm not getting the £200 as my account was not switched until the 23rd of December?
I dont understand? Can anyone please offer any advice...0
