I'm in the same situation, no payment yet and no letter. Switching date was 17/11/2011, made qualifying payments (salary) on 30/11, 23/12, 31/01

Just been paid within the last hour or so. Looks like they're still ploughing through.

woohoo - my £200 was credited to my account this afternoon! :j

I cannot remember my transfer date off hand - I think it was between 15-17th Nov. Made my first 800 payment on 30th nov and last day of each month since

My £200 has arrived today - completion date 15th November.

    Payments made:
    15th Nov
    15th Dec
    16th Jan

Wondered if I'd get it seeing as it said following the date. I will pay more attention in future as if they'd stuck to their guns I would have missed out. As it is my car started playing up today and so this bonus will hopefully sort it out! Shame I couln't have some fun with it - maybe next time!

Could be in for a wait with mine as the transfer was only done on the 24th Nov, seem to be manually going through them and are still at the 15th ish, you think they'd have some software that scans accounts rather than human process, don't envy them whoever it is.

I'm saddened to see the mess that Co-operative Bank are making of this. I'm also still amazed at how bad their website is.

Yes a bank is either greedy or hopeless:mad:

Completion / Switch date? What is the latest completion date for anyone who's had the £200? Seems to be around 15th Nov??

Anyone after the 20th Nov had theirs?

I was noticing the same trend.

My switch date was 21st November, I've not had anything yet. Hopefully next week...

    That was a close shave....
Congrats and good luck with your car:)
  • Received my 200 yesterday. It was supposed to be end of Feb so they're a couple of days late :) I'm really pleased with the bank but agree the internet banking is near to useless.

    Completion date 17/11/12

    Received 02/03/12

Was worried that I wouldn't get it since I cancelled my duff standing orders straight away. Anyway, I'm pleased.
