My on-line switching form was completed 29 October
Paid in £800 14 November
Paid in £850 15 December
Paid in £1750 24 January
Paid in £1100 21 February

£200 not paid yet?:(

CO-OP Online banking is really awful and outdated and you have no idea what the real Account balance is.

My last letter from them says "all payments should be transferred by 19/12/2011" so I guess that was my transfer completion date. I've made £800+ deposits on these dates:

18/11/2011 [presumably doesn't count]
14/12/2011 [presumably doesn't count]
03/01/2012
02/02/2012
02/03/2012

So in theory I should get my £200 in April. :D

If they're being difficult, they could argue that the December and January payments weren't made within a month of the previous payment.

I don't know if the general point has been made but if you make your credits into the account fall on the same date every month - regardless of when the transfer date is you cannot fall foul because that way you can guarantee the first payment after the transfer date will be within a calendar month - and all payments thereafter.

Account opened beginning of November.

First payment of £1 (test) made 9th November 2011
2nd payment of £800 made 10th November 2011
Switch complete 14th November 2011
1st real payment of £801 made 29th November 2011
2nd real payment of £801 made 22nd December 2011
3rd real payment of £801 made 20th January 2012
4th real payment of £801 made 21st Febryary 2012

Is there any way they can say I didn't meet their terms? Still no £200 payment here.

As I read Condition 6 (below), you should be fine. The first payment after the switch was on 29 November, the second on 22 December, and the third on 20 January.

You must credit a minimum of £800 per month for the first 3 months from the date of your completed switch.

Completion / Switch date? What is the latest completion date for anyone who's had the £200? Seems to be around 15th Nov??

Anyone after the 20th Nov had theirs?

No letter here, but no money either, they've confirmed by phone I meet the criteria but I just want my money before pay day :j

Nothing for OH yet. No letter or payment. From memory her switch date was a few days later than mine. Might it be that they are just doing them in date order?
