But looking at the actual signature on figures of what was and what is really is inspiring. Wooh Hooh Hooh to you!!! x
Thank you Muffy
Sometimes, it's good to take a step back and look at what you've actually achieved. When you are living it day to day it's hard to notice the changes.Free by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -

Good Morning

Didn't I pick the best week to be off
It has been glorious here
Seeing the sun just makes you feel better about life.
My gardening is almost complete and I've just some tidying up to do in my back garden. The front is immaculate :T and I am a little bit chuffed with myself.
Hopefully I will be able to sit out the back today and do some OU reading and not stress about what needs done.
My MSEing is just plodding along at it's usual pace. The bank tallies with my spreadsheets, I am staying in my budget and I am still sending the odd PAD to Carp one. I have paid that card 3 times what the minimum payment was this month. I hope it's worth it.
I haven't been to the gym for a week now
I have been getting all the exercise I can handle in the garden with the lawn mower, spade and fork. It's good to mix it up (I think) or your body gets used to the routine - at least that's what I am telling myself to suppress the guilt of not gyming it for a while
Fat club tonight so the proof will be on the scales of terror
Did I mention I lost 3lbs last week so I am not really hoping for much this week. One and a half will see me to losing a stone so fingers crossed for that
I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine. Make the most of it. This will be our summer after all :rotfl:
Have a great Tuesday x xFree by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -
Hi Freeby,
I'm so envious of your week off. I was tempted to text my boss on Sunday to let him know I would not be seen this week, but they frown on such actions here!!!
Well done on last weeks 3lb and fingers crossed for at least 1.5 this week to hit the stone mark. Wooh! You see how great you are that you can put your mind to anything and achieve greatness!
Have a lovely Tuesday and bask in that sunny shine! xx0 -
Hey Freeby,
I think you are doing really well, I always think the best essays are written in a last minute adrenalin filled haze...
Weight loss should be slow and steady as then it will stay off long term so you are defo going about it in the right way, maybe you should put it in your signature as then it will show you how far you have come and be motivational.
I also have this week off (sorry Muffin Tops) so I think a big cheers to you in the sunny garden is in order :beer:Life is like a sandwich, the more you put it in then the tastier it gets.............just go easy on the :spam:0 -

Good Morning

I have spent much of this week enjoying the sunshine and toiling away in my garden
Which, I am happy to say, now looks like a garden and not an old farmer's field
Not much happening on the money front. I am really worried about all the price hikes and panicking about how I am supposed to cope  but I guess what will be will be and I just have to take one day at a time. At least I am in control and have my budgets and spreadsheets to keep me that way, which is a 100% improvement on this time last year.
I managed to lose a brilliant 2 and a half pounds this week at fat club, which took me over a stone in total and into the correct BMI range. I do feel much better and fitter. Ideally I'd like to lose another stone to get me well into my healthy BMI range and so have a little bit of leeway but I'll wait and see how difficult it gets the less I have to lose (if that makes sense).
I have to finish my essay today and I have no motivation or inspiration and so have been doing much prevaricating on these boards
I can also see that the hoovering and ironing needs doing, things must be desperate if I am considering doing housework before my essay :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a brilliant sunshiny day x xFree by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150 -

*peeps round corner*

Hello, remember me??
I am ashamed and embarrassed to admit that I have completely lost my MoJo (what is a mojo anyway????)
and I have fallen off the wagon in spectacular style  Once again my cupboards are full to bursting and I have 5 days until payday and no money in the bank  Why, why, why do I do it
If I look on the bright side, all my bills are paid and I have continued to overpay the Carp one card but everything else has all gone to pot
I am angry and frustrated at myself and need to do much much better
Okay, rant over.
I hope everyone is having a lovely Easter weekend. x xFree by FiftyDebt of the Moment -August NSD Challenge 14/150
