Just back from Mr T's...watch out for the deal on those galaxy orange and shortbread bars!I shall say little apart from "I'm sorry, kissing and hugging you then sobbing uncontrollably on your shoulder was highly inappropriate" to the plumber/joiner/god sent angel who completed it last night!
*snort* :rotfl:bet that's not the first time he's heard it though!

Mr T shop mission has been completed. I survived. We are fed and watered for another week for the grand sum of........£13.74!!!!!! :T
Even avoided car crash corner as there was nothing on there I needed. I get a little bit better at this money saving lark everyday

Okay I am in the state of bliss......
The sun is shining, I've had a shower, done my shopping, listed some more ebay items, sold some more ebay items, the washing is on the line, the joiner/plumber/god sent angel has left the building for good and I am drinking coffee and munching my way through the most enormous box of Th0rt0ns chocolates.
All is well in my little world

Ho hum.......what to do today?
1. Check and update spreadsheet
2. Watch ebay sales
3. More on ebay
4. Washing on line
5. Parcel up ebay sales ready to post tomorrow
6. Do something other than sit on MSE forums lurking.
It is taking me a little while to come round this morning due to the champagne/cider/vodka I consumed last night
Not going out today so I am hoping for a NSD but who knows what will happen, hopefully not a lot seeing as I only have £1.50 in my purse!!!
It's cold this morning, frosty and bright, one of those gorgeous mornings where you look out the window and think "what a beautiful day but I'll have to defrost the car, put heating on, make sure I don't slip on my articles and make a total fool of myself"
I have ebay stuff finishing today and some of it has sold and some of it hasn't
:) Will just keep relisting until it goes, even if I get less for it than I originally wanted. Every penny I get is better than having it lying around or hanging up in a cupboard. I think I might do another commando mission into DD1's bedroom and liberate another item she never wears but refuses to part with. She never noticed the last two things I "rescued" were gone!:)
I am going to London this weekend. :j We are staying overnight in the Stafford which thanks to a genius friend is FREEEEEEEEE!!!! :j Just the train fair and a show (wicked) needed to be paid for (which I have).
I know it might not seem much to some, but for a girl (I refuse to be a woman!) from a small town in Scotland this is very exciting. I know I'll spend when I'm there but I will not be putting it on cc's and I am determined not to be lured into the "Way Hay I'm in Harrods/Fortnums/Harvey's must buy something" way of thinking that I did in my murky past!
I'm a MSE/DFW'er now and I refuse to pay squillions for a name!
See ya later, I'm off for some coffee and chocolate which I am convinced will make my hangover instantly disappear!
