Good to hear you are okay Happy. :) Good luck with the number crunching!

I'm fine thanks - in a lot better place than I was last year since Mum's now being cared for and in much better health - and I can visit her often so bonuses all round. :) I'm currently having a little adventure involving a kitchen cupboard and a couple of cookers, which keeps me out of mischief. (Kitchen cupboard + cooker = smithereens, smithereens + insurance = new cooker... one of these days).

Freeby, sorry to hijack :o I haven't 'seen' Happy in a long time!

I do the 'rounding up' thing for fuel too - especially when I have a 5p voucher - whole litres only remember! Also at Mr T clubcard for petrol only pays out on multiples of £2 so its always worth rounding up to an even number!

You are doing great FB50 !

Hello Wednesday and hello to everyone who reads this and thank you for your replies. I love how you all keep me motivated and say all the right things to keep me on track :)

Had a NSD yesterday :) I haven't got anything else to report really. I'm just plodding on (just keep swimming, just keep swimming).

I have ebay parcels to post today and I have discovered that somehow (it could only happen to me) I have two paypal accounts
I couldn't understand why some transactions weren't showing up until I had a moment of clarity and tried an old e-mail addy and there they were. I will have to concentrate the next time I list something to make sure I'm getting it paid into the right one. Something else to confuse me!!!! Never mind it's all money to me no matter which account it is in :T

13 days to payday! :( Yes - I am counting. Before I was counting because I was running out of money. Now I am counting so I can make some more payments and get closer to being debt free. :)

Who swapped the old freebyfifty with this sparkly new one?????

Could you not cancel one of your paypal accounts and then made sure your ebay account is linked to the one paypal you have left. I used to have 2 and it confused me so dediced to cancel one, makes it much easier.

I don't normally post but I do read and am glad you are getting where you want to be.

Thank you so much CW2. I'm glad you think I'm doing well, I just think I'm plodding along at the moment and not seeing much different but I WILL get there one day :)

Another NSD yesterday - well apart from posting ebay parcels that is, but I have decided that they don't count as the buyer has already paid the postage for me. The hardest bit of ebay is actually getting of my backside and getting to the post office. But on the plus side, I now have a new friend, the lady in the post office is very very chatty!!!!! :)

    The mail yesterday was interesting.
Had one from Mr T with the clubcard vouchers in............only £6 so I guess I have spent much much less there than I usually would. Usually I'd get double that. Wasn't sure whether to be chuffed (that I'd spent so little overall) or disappointed (only £6 in vouchers)
so I put my positive hat on and decided to be chuffed. :T I am going to spend some time today scouring the website to see if I can buy a Christmas present with them when I double, triple, quadruple or whatever it is now, them :)
Got two from Littlewoods....one offering me a loan!!!!!!! Err.....have you seen my credit rating??????? And the other one offering me £15 off my next order of £40 or more. Funny how they have never written to me or offered me anything until I get this close to paying them off :) I see their plan, they can't fool me. I am now a determined DFW. Ripped both of them up put them in a bag and then went out to poop scoop in the back garden (blimmin' dog) and deposited the doggy deposits on top. That's what I think of that lot:rotfl:
Third one was from Santander (I have a cc with them) telling me that I was only paying the minimum payments ...........ehhh helllooooo I know that............and it would take me ages to pay it off if I just keep paying the minimum...............yes, I have worked that out thank you very much..........and was I having financial difficulties..............no more than usual but you didn't want to help me then so I'm guessing you don't now................and here are some people who can help....................I already know some people who can help thanks (that's you lovely lot)
I was a little perturbed at this letter, I thought I was doing well keeping up with the minimum payments recently and paying them on time and being below my credit limit. It's a darn sight better than three months ago. So why are they writing to me? Are they going to start demanding I pay more? Santander is not on the top of my "to do" list. I think I will just keep paying them what they ask for each month and see what happens but, yet again, I've had the life frightened out of me by a blimmin' debt :( So grateful I've had my LBM and it's still burning brightly.

Going for a NSD again today (3 in a row :j)
It's my birthday tomorrow and I'm taking the day off work. It should be made illegal to work on your birthday. If I ruled the world.........that would be top of my list :)
