Have managed to save £651.68 in May which I'm quite pleased with as it was an expensive month. I'm now up to £4,405 which means I'm about £600 off pace, but I don't think I'm doing too badly! Front page updated with this months totals...Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

Congrats Allie23, that's great news
We managed £707.49 for this month. I'm happy enough with that though considering that we had to renew our house insurance, plus we both paid off £50 from our student loans (so £100 total). This was due to learning about the Welsh Loan Cancellation policy - so those payments resulted in our student loans being reduced by £3,000 between us :j
The interest rate on student loans is low (currently 1.5%) so we won't overpay in the future, but wiping off £3k was worth doing0 -
£800 in May. Will be less next month. Goal at the moment is to fill 2012/13 ISA!6k in 2012: £4200.00/£6000.00
6k in 2013: £8209.62/£6000.00
7k in 2014: £5900/£70000 -
£215 total for me for May - I had been on target for a lot more, but we got the credit card bill in which included flights to San Francisco for my DH and my Father in Law - though it was best to bite the bullet and pay them off straight away :-) Back on track for June I think!
Hope everyone else has a good month :-)0
