The spreadsheet has been updated for me, but April's total does not seem to have been added to my score on the front page.
My total is now £1024.21
Must pull my finger out, seem to be falling short of what I need each month!
Thanks.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Well, I think the sun has given me some motivation to get my !!! back on here - I have been rather neglectful lately!
I've updated my totals for May and got my own spreadsheets in order. I've reached the half way mark - £6k this year already! And £16k saved out of my £25k target which I want by the end of the year.
Quite chuffed that I managed to still save the £1k this month - that was after a wee weekend in London (hello lots of expensive restaurants!) and I'm off to Sweden on Wednesday and already paid it all off and have my currency already. Definitely on the up :-)
Hope everyone has enjoyed the sunshine this weekend! x0 -
lvm - have a fab time in Sweden
I've been there once and loved it!

Okay, May has not gone as well as anticipated - I know £820 is good, but short of the £1k per month
I've made myself go back and look, and realised some old habits have crept in again....
- Lots of driving to work with associated parking costs
- Bought a few clothes
- Expensive beauty products
I'm letting myself off regarding the car insurance (shopped around and got the best deal) and two books for CPD (Continuing Professional Development) purposes.guitarman001 wrote: »Also - I got a credit card for my holiday and started to buy things off it so as to save the interest in my current account for longer. I've been paying it off but I really don't like it. I can't keep track of what I've been spending as much as I used to and it feels like I've been spending more than I have to. Plus, the bill comes at an awkward time so it's like my spending spills over from one month to the next. Think I'll be ditching it after the holiday.
However looking at what happened in May! Would I have bought 2 new pairs of shoes if I was handing over cash?! :mad:I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.0 -
I've just about given up on the challenge now! My hours have been halved at work and at the moment, I don't have the freelance work to make this up (I'm trying hard though!). I've cut back a lot but even so, my savings are barely moving and I'm having to dip into them for the odd things. I didn't put myself down for the full amount but I'm nowhere near on track for my goal. Don't think my savings have moved at all for 2 months!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0
