Well I'm off the ground for March, it's payday today:D. So my normal £40 transferred across.

Work paid me £176.36 extra for holiday not taken :jof which £88.46 went into savings (the other £88 went into my holiday/shiny things with buttons fund).

Finally £2.65 in interest to add from the current account and other saving accounts.

Number 102 February total is £1847.27

I have also updated the spreadsheet link.

Not as much as January, but more than expected so I am very pleased. March is going to be an expensive month as I have a holiday to pay for as well as a new door and some window repairs :(

Well done everyone and good luck for March :)

Well I was dreading February - but it actually turned out alright!

I am so happy with my totals I could cry!

Here it is.... (already updated the spreadsheet)

    Regular Saver 1 - £300.00
    Regular Saver 2 - £250.00
    Regular Saver 3 - £250.00
    Online Saver 1 - £332.36
Online Saver 2 - £554.01 - The "cream off" from my current account!

    This Months Total £1707.03 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just so pleased that all my hard work paid off this month!

Overtime, Ebay, scrimping every last penny and really cutting back!

I really did think about E V E R Y penny that I spent and my oh my has it paid off! I got a good deal on the house insurance, so that was under budget, food shopping, clothes, fuel and going out all came in under budget too!

A few quid here, a few quid there all adds up!

I am so surprised how different my mind works now that it has been pushed into saving mode!

Well everyone seems to be doing really well!
I hope everyone keeps up the hard work and we all start 2013 with a good bit of dough saved up!

I was rear-ended in a minor car accident so due a few thousand in compensation.. I assume I can count that as 'savings'?

Hi, can I join please although I'm a couple of months behind obviously?

I have a First Direct regular savings account opened at Xmas which I would like to fill the full amount of £3600, plus extra in standard savings pot. So my aim will be to save £4,000 hopefully by December 2012. I already have £200 in there, but monthly payments will increase.

Many thanks - you are all inspirational with your savings totals :)
