Banwa, why did you buy the sky hd box? Do you watch a lot of television and how long is the contract? I've always found Sky to be a bit of a waste of money on the basis that it's just repeat after repeat and I can get most of what I want from freeview or freesat.
That being said, you are allowed a bit of luxury and if they mess you around you can always get them to lower your paymentsDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Hi Banwa
I'm with you on the Sky box. As you know, we went over to Freeview a few months ago, and, although I'm not a big tv fan, I find the choices very limited and 'samey'.
We'll be carrying on with the Freeview, I think, but tbh there is a debate currently going on here about getting Sky back for Christmas.

It is tragic that I am looking at this at 11 30 pm on a Saturday night. I've just worked out that we will dip £600 back into the overdraft from 1st - 21st January so will reduce it for now, and then get rid of it on 22nd January:j.
So it will be up to you guys to keep me on the straight and narrow so I don't 'borrow' any money from it. No pressure;)Debt £26k 18/10/140 -

Likewise! Mr Been (ha ha, so apt!) was out with dr card unsupervised last night also. He hasn't surfaced yet, but he's going to be nursing a big hangover all day :rotfl: Will check the bank account later for evidence of naughtiness.
