I found a really cute pink pair after searching the sparkly ones but they turned out to be kids! Had to stop looking though, I already have new boots, mustn't have greedy feet!

Am just copying my October goals over to here so I don't forget about them if nobody minds:

    Lose 7lbs
Get xmas voucher stash up to £100 (£50/£100 so far)
    Book first two AAT exams
    Do £10 a day challenge
    Find another 20 ebay items
    Get to payout on dooyoo
Be ready to pass driving test (check for cancellations to bring forward)
End month with debt under £3k

Will concentrate on eBay and dooyoo this week moneywise as thats a bit more doable on my phone I think!
    Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44
    Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid

As I say, I'm weak when it comes to her. I want her to have everything and have it yesterday. Soppy I know but tis true.

I wouldn't worry NIM. My OH is just the same with me. I mentioned I really wanted a Wii one night then the following day he's calling me up to say "Hey, I'm in Argos. What free games do you want?" And last week I was complaining I'm in the same clothes all the time and he gave me £100 the next morning to take myself out shopping with. I am very spoilt :o

I'm not dainty at all Birdie! I'd just wear them all the time, with everything. I like the black sparkly ones far too much! :o I really love these ones though, I'm not in the market for new Uggs :(

Sorry to leave you out NIM, the comments were for both of you. Yes you are too soft (lovely but you cannot afford to be like that at the moment!)

    Much better :rotfl::rotfl:
The MS company that do those shops take two months to pay, are you buying the items on a CC? If so you could well be looking at a loss on these jobs overall.

Good lord no, I have a pot of Mystery Shopping money I use for all my jobs, cant do bookies, which make up a good 15% of my income, on a CC. I try to keep it around the 300 mark to allow me to do a lot of small shops or a couple of bit ones depending on what clients are out there at any given time.

Have applied to carry out some model shops with them too which would be paid for in cash, and the purchase will shift for a good 50-75% of its value on top of that.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

I'm sorry if I've ever come across as harsh with you Cinny, I just kind of see you as a little sister and I wanted to protect you from going down the slippery slope I did when I was your age, I saw you get your first CC and my heart sank for you. I'm so glad you dallied with it rather than made it a way of life like I did.

Nothing like your efforts Dinah but thanks to you I was inspired to make red lentil, chilli and chickpea soup for my lunches for the rest of the week - and it's delicious! :)
Dad brought home a glut of beetroots from his allotment today so looking for a recipe for those now :) Mmm, I love food! :D

Bah, won't let me post my picture and I can't be faffed to post it to flickr or anything so you'll just have to imagine the pile of 4 plastic boxes full of tasty soup :o

That sounds really nice, very filling too I'd imagine.

I've never liked beets, never had a fresh one though, they just always smell so potent and a bit vinegary. Are fresh ones much different?

List progressing okay, little held up as not in from the MS until after 7pm, and I need a bath and to dry my hair. May try to get a few of the computer based jobs knocked off at work tomorrow as I'm facing a week with very little to do.
