Oh gosh good luck NIM, I'll keep my fingers crossed. Great start on the debt otherwise
Are you paying stuff off as the extra money comes in, or saving it up til the end of the month?
I've been watching x factor, I'm sad 2shoes are gone. They could actually sing and weren't a put together group plus they were hilarious. Also booting out a pregnant lady doesn't sit right with me, wondering if they realised that she'd be having her baby while they wanted them to be touring or whatever... I should stop caring though!
I'd love a house husband wendz!
ETA: I dreamt of Harry Potter wands last night, wonder who's fault that is!?
I guess I'd class student loan as good debt, no ones wants repaying if you're not working, and it's (in theory) linked to inflation rather than a giant APR. I'd rather not have it, but needs must

I don't object to having the student loan - I benefit from having a higher salary because I did the degree, so why should someone who didn't benefit from it pay for it?
Atm we haven't paid anything off the debt above the minimum payments, I got a few quid through yesterday but I need to find a bit of time this evening to work out if I have the right amount in each of the accounts, especially for bills till pay day.
NIM is waiting in court, the builder and his legal bimbo are doing the same thing they did last time where they are laughing at him and making thinly whispered remarks behind their hands. Makes me so angry, we accepted to let the court decide and whatever they say we accept, whether this is that we misunderstood the agreement or that he took us for a ride, but why do grown adults act in such a pathetic manner just to make someone feel bad about themselves - surely that is bullying?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

It's called bullying, and being a complete jamrag. Sadly, and I say this as someone who works in the trade, a lot of apparent 'grown men' still have the same minds they left secondary school with. When things don't go their way with things something snaps, and they revert back to playground tatics. It's actually quite funny they don't have the maturity to handle the situation any better. I'd rather laugh back at them than get angry, totally not worth it.0 -
Good luck in court today you two
Big fingers crossed. builder sounds like a Loser.

I don't think NIM will get angry, I reminded him what he's there for and that we don't have the big chunk of cash the builder thinks he's going to walk away with today, so just let the judge decide what is fair.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Builder sounds like a d!ckwad, will be nice to reach a conclusion just so you can put him behind you now. And the way he's acting is bullying...pathetic. His lawyer ought to know better. I'm surprised NIM hasn't mentioned anything to her about it actually!
Are there 2 put-together groups on X Factor this year? That's another reason I'm not loving it all TBH...Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
All of the three groups are put together! One of them has been put together with half an already put together group and then one person from a non put together group...they are my faves though. I don't think they should have so many put together groups though.
I am excited as I am getting an i-phone , only one of the older models but as they are bringing the new ones out the older ones are cheaper on contract. Is out for delivery today so hopefully will arrive as long as they don't try and deliver when i'm out.0 -
Exciting Wendz - I love mine! I'm sure it has far more amazingness-potential too if only I could work out all the fancy things it does!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Looks like the judge may find at least partially in their favour, he asked NIM to come out and call me to discuss how much we could afford to pay per month.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
