:wall: Also no time to proof read my postsWell done on the damage limitation spends, would there be no evidence that the gift card was part used? Excellent sneaky idea!
Congratulations Archers! Nice to know it's there if you want it
Argh, have been dying to try freehand machine embroidery, have bought the proper foot and everything, but I'm in Dublin that weekend! Augh, gutted about that! The one day I have plans for the whole month of NovemberAre you going to go?

Well done on the contract offer Archers! Must be nice to hear that you're impressing people at work!
My car is covered in scrapes and dents too; not even sure how they got there, think a cat must have jumped about on the bonnet!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

I'm not sure TBH, if it does I'll just use it to buy her something instead. Either way I'll be putting it towards Christmas pressies!
How annoying about not being able to do the embroidery class!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Hi all,
Dinah - I started reading your original diary, even though I'm reading this one at the same time! Gosh, you all do ramble sometimes! :rotfl: Only joking! It's all very interesting what you write, and I'm constantly making notes.
I hope all is going well with the repayments. I've updated my signature to have EVERYTHING I owe, which greatly depressed me, hence I had to write how much I've paid so I'm not disheartned.
I've asked my BF if we can sit down (no arguments, accusing or "you should know better" talks) about the debt he has (honestly, no hiding) so we can tackle this together
I hope this way we can finally tackle our debt and money as a couple - and not just two people muddling along.
Will report backDEBT FREE SINCE 25.07.14!

Also, whoever asked about Santander - Tink maybe? They were offering £55 cashback through Quidco, not sure if they still are. I opened the account, was a bit of a nightmare sorting out the internet banking as it wouldn't work for ages, one of my d debits also didn't switch for some reason, so although i set up a standing order instead they said I won't get my £100 bonus. The cashback went through fine though so that was something. Have questioned it and waiting to see what they say, will definitely close the account if they don't pay out. So a mixed bag really!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0

*ooo two posts on this thread in one day can I cope with the excitement!*
I did the S*ntander thing a few years ago and thought (although I got 100 pound) they were the MOST useless pile of crap of a bank EVER.
Fees for this and that, online stuff rubbish, so just be careful

I’ve read all the "ultimate Incentive" diaries from the beginning (although I skimmed a lot, so I hope there isn’t an exam). Having finally reached the end I started feeling like a voyeur so I had to poke my nose out and say hello to all the ladies (and Poolie and NIM)!
Dinah, good luck with the new debt busting, but don’t compromise your health just to finish a few months earlier!
P.S. Cinny: You’re doing so well on the fitness front that you inspired me to get the 30 day shred. Jillian brings two words to mind “sexual predator”! (Is it really bad that I think I love her a little bit)
