I forget that not everyone understands this. I currently work "Agency Side" which is to say I work for a company who does market research for other companies and provide insight as required.

"Client Side" is working for a specific company doing their market research for them internally, and commissioning suerveys when needed.

Dunno Spenny either tbh but my FIL says interesting, and contradictory things about it.

Its not an agency in that sense. We just sell our services as researchers to whomever needs them.

I work in an agency hehe. Client side tend to get paid more in our business but i do enjoy where i work.
