An MSE Hen Night would be amazeballs! :D I was reading somewhere on here about alternative hen parties and someone went to a vintage shop in Manchester and made fascinators! How awesome does that sound?! I need to find someone getting married and organise that for them! :p

LOVE the venue Ruby. So beautiful. Screw the in-laws, can I come instead?! ;) Sounds like a good deal, does that include accommodation too?

Glad you had a nice day in York Dinah. :) I was thinking the other day that I feel the need for a day out in Newcastle with my Mum... because I know she'll treat me to some nice holiday clothes! :o

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you the papers. :) I'm in a bit of a funny crafty mood right now where I *want* to make cards and finally finish my wedding scrapbook so I get everything out, look at it, fiddle with some bits then put it all back with a frustrated grumble because I don't know what to do! :o

Is it weird that I had a dream the other night that we all went on holiday together? I must be spending too much time here...

Of course you can! Yep it's accommodation for 2 nights for everyone, photographer, flowers, bouquet, decorations, favours, food, drink (including alcohol), violinist, dj, cake, hair and makeup, wedding co-ordinator, ceremony costs, legal paperwork, translator, transport to and from the airport etc. Literally everything you would want.

  • I know what you mean Birdie - I feel so inspired and crafty at the mo, I sit here at work (when the boss isn't here obv) looking at dresses and woollen items on Pinterest but by the time I get home I can't be bothered to actually do anything!

Nice to see you again ROTE, hope all is well!

Ruby could you just paint whiskers on your face? And yes that venue looks gorgeous, like a fairytale castle (like much of Prague I guess!)

Meant to say Dinah well done on the baby group, sounds like fun and good that it keeps you active. well done to you both on the weight loss!

Do you have a link to the dress and bag? :o

Concept Cake Date is on! :D Grace's blanket is 100% cotton so at least it's all natural fibres she's getting :undecided

    Dress

Always happy to oblige. Dare I say it but I think the dress looks better on me than the model, she looks a bit lost and washed out in it, but the collar is a bit fantastic.

Love both of them so much! And I'm sure the dress looks fabulous on you.

  • Ooh they're lovely, yes it does look a bit big on that model! Do you have an occasion for the dress? You've now got me looking at this dress and thinking, I have some paisley fabric like this, only more browny colours ... I wonder if I could make a similar colour block type dress...?!

I bet you could, you've made some fab things.

I'm considering wearing it to my kinda friends wedding in October, although I have bought a second hand one from Coast on ebay, will see which looks better when it arrives.

Love them both, especially the dress! I never think to go into Zara but may have to have a look in there! :)

ETA: Oooh like that dress Tete, get a copycat version made! :)

Looking forward to getting your goss ROTE! :)

Tete, my problem really isn't that I can't be bothered, just that I don't know what to do with the stuff that I have and I can't get more as I've already got way too much! :( Tonight I need to buy yet another colour cartridge to print out some more photos for my scrapbook... I'm actually sick of trawling through my wedding photos, just want the bleeding thing done now so I can move onto something else! :o Not really the best attitude towards preserving the memories of our big day! :rotfl:

Also ETA: Ooooh please can you have an MSE Hen so we can make fascinators Wendz! :T
