Poppy went in her own room at 8 months. I slept in same room as her at my mums this weekend and she doesn't half fidget, kept me awake moving round her cot.

Noah really figets as well! He went into his own room at 5 months but only because OH was moaning he was being kept awake and kept telling me I had to put in his own room. I think if it was up to me he would still be in with us now :D I miss looking over and being able to see him sleeping.

I missed seeing Max and Evie sleeping as well. Mind you, some mornings I look over and Max is asleep in the bed beside me :)

Aww! Look at all you loving parents. I pretty much went straight into my own room :( No love, at child number 3 I guess the novelty wears off. I didn't even have a crib :( Woe is me. I know I was a tank of a baby but still.

Is Le Crib all up, done and dusted, NIM?

Sounds like your money "stuff" is all in order, Archers :) I'm looking forward to feeling rich at the end of the month too!

Aye crib is up and ready for a bairn...once it gets a matress.

Why is it that when people make flat pack furniture the allenkey that comes with it is always too big to do a full turn in any of the locations you need to turn it.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

I was put straight into a single bed (with a barrier thing attached to the side, they're not complete monsters! :o). My brother was a bit of an escape artist and would climb out of his cot as soon as he could walk and they assumed I'd be the same so thought they'd give me a safe escape route. I never moved once I was put to bed, too lazy! :o

Think when we have a baby OH will want it out of the room ASAP, he can barely cope with my noisy breathing and twitching at night and he can kick me if I'm annoying him too much, he can't kick a baby! :p

    Good money news Archers! :)

What was that thing on FB about Natwest emergency cash Wendz?! :)

Glad I'm not the only one that was banned from their parents room really quickly! I'm just a little sore on the subject because I know my Brother and Sister got months. But they were tiny things, I can understand how Boulder Baby would look capable of taking care of itself!

Cinny if it makes you feel better DD was tiny and slept in her Moses basket in our room til she was nearly a year old. Then we moved her into her cot in her own room. DS however is a monster and outgrew the Moses basket at about 4 months so had to go in his room as the cot doesn't fit in ours. So yes I'm afraid big babies get turfed out quicker in our house too ;)

The emergency cash thing was that I had a bit of as nightmare yesterday. Left my purse at home and didnt realise till i was at euston station to go home. When i get the train in the morning it goes into the far end platform where there is no barriers. I also hadnt needed any money all day so hadnt noticed i didnt have my purse. The mean people at the barriers wouldnt let me through and the only thing that i could think of to do was report my card as lost and then i could get emergency cash from natwest machine. Missed my train though and OH had to go pick Poppy up and he was meant to be sleeping before his shift. Was just thankful i could get money somehow.
