I'm now up to exactly 4lbs lost, although it hasn't been my focus this last week obviously.

Just had 6 oxygen tanks delivered, getting a lot more real that Grace is really coming home soon.

It's going ok so far - I don't find diets as hard while I'm working, it's no Chinese on a weekend I don't like :(

The first phase is strictest but it's only 5 days so hopefully do-able. Will keep you all updated!

Well done on the weightloss Dinah and good news that it's getting closer for Grace coming home :)

Aww you must be excited about her coming home. Sorry I couldn't be of more help on the journals front; my current trust has limited access and my old trust would only let me log on to a max of 10 articles and then threw me out of the system!

How can people say Ryder's got German Shepherd in him?! Maybe you should start saying really daft things back to them, like if they've got a Pug say, 'Oh he's definitely got some German Schnauzer in him!' ;)

Gosh, I can't believe Grace could be coming home soon, how exciting! What will the plan be, will you be getting a lot of home visits to check on her? How often will you be going back to the hospital for check-ups? :)

This weekend has ruined my diet! 5lbs back on! I'm hoping some of that is hormonal too! I was going to do some exercise last night but my hip is still so sore from Saturday that I just wanted to lie down! :o
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

:rotfl: I just roll my eyes go 'Oh, really? Why's that?' and let them waffle on.

So exciting about Grace coming home :j I want to see the Nursery already, so she needs to hurry her tush up!

Well that's where babies used to go during the war when they could afford a crib or find the materials to make one.
