I hear that on the ward a lot. Boys tend to grow faster.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Evie is a buster (as those of you on Facebook will know!). She is in 6-9 month clothes and was wearing a 12-18 month Primark dress today (although they are on the smaller size). Her cousin (6 months older) is very petite and Evie is rapidly catching up.

Dinah - I am so glad to hear that Grace is doing well. How is the expressing going for you? I could never produce much from expressing at all.

My thoughts are with that other family. It is unbearable to think of what they might be going through :(

Little money update. Since last doing a money update (in life pre-Grace) we have paid another £2519.66 off the debt. If I'm honest I can't work out how it isn't more. Actually yes I can, we had managed to get about £1000 built back onto a CC which my MSE sig was clear. So we've actually cleared about £3500... but we're only £2500 closer to our goal. Anyway, we've cleared the overdraft (which was at £1750) and recleared my HSBC cc, as well as making some small overpayments and minimum payments on the others.

    This leaves us with:
    NIM Barclaycard: £1223.37
    NIM HSBC: £1172.41
    Dinah Barclaycard: £8111.21
    Car Loan: £5560
    Grandad: £600
    TOTAL: £16,666.99
    Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81
    Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off
    Met NIM 23/06/2008

It was going okay until the last 48 hours, now I'm close to beating my pump with a hammer. I can't even work out if it's definately the pump, it could be that my supply is dwindling. But I think it's the pump - I had to replace the membrane earlier as the one on there was sticking and the milk was backing up and filling the valve, but I still have the pump turned up to near deafening levels to get any suction and I'm still getting about 1/3 of the milk I was 48 hours ago, in double the time. I'm going to try on the hospital pump tomorrow, see if it's me or the machine. Really hope it is the machine as it feels like this is all I've been able to do for her and as annoying and exhausting as it is being chained to the pump for an hour 6 times a day, it's great knowing I'm doing the best for her in one area at least.

I have my debrief meeting with my consultant tomorrow, to discuss 'what went wrong' in my pregnancy, and to discuss my options for the future regarding any possible future pregnancies. Quite worried he's going to advise against tbh.

Thanks Kavics, that's really kind of you. I'm going in to the hospital in the next hour and I'm going to use theirs, see if is's me or the pump, if it's my pump I'll need to send mine off to be replaced so your offer would be very much appreciated. Mine is a Swing too and generally I've been pretty pleased with it, from what I hear Medela have excellent customer service about replacing faulty pumps, I do wonder if maybe it's just not made to be used 6x daily for an hour at a go and I've worn some part out. Most people using them that much probably use a hospital grade pump (oh how I wish I had the money!).

Hope the hospital pump works for you... but 6 x 1 hours a day?! I've clearly got a lot to learn about motherhood! ;)

Hope it goes well with the consultant today, don't worry too much if he does say that you shouldn't have more, things can change in your body in the upcoming years, or with the medicine they have available. :)

Bless teeny Poppy Wendz, she's so cute and dinky! She's just being MSE because she doesn't want you spending money on replacing clothes she's grown out of, unlike Noah and Evie who clearly need to learn about saving money! ;) Do you think she's due a growth spurt?

Tete, I didn't get that button sewn on last night as I had to go and see my brother :o Will be doing it tonight though as I've got nowhere to be so there are no excuses!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
