(starting to worry it wasn't a blood pressure tablet I took in dark during the night but some kind of happy pill, I am very oddly giddy today)
Funny you should say that, I woke up in the night feeling terrible so took what I thought were cold and flu capsules, went downstairs this morning and found a packet of anti-diarrhoea tablets out with two missing and the flu tablets all in tact :rotfl: no wonder I dont feel any better!Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

With regards to the petrol and deisel thing it is now said that due to the price difference and you have an economical petrol car that you would be better using petrol, you have to do an awful lot of miles to make it worth it to change to diesel.
If you google mileage calculators then a few good sites come up.
Hope that helps and a woohoo for the dbing and baby news
<scuttles back to lurkdom>
So for shorter mileage you want petrol but if your looking at a lot of motor way/A road driving diesel is still better?*Waves at friendly lurker*
Does anyone else's brain automatiacally go 'ARGH!!! LURKER!!!' when an MSE email pops up saying there is a new post by someone with an unfamiliar name?! Just me then? I'll get my coat. Oh wait, no I won't, it's my blinking thread

Lower blood pressure probably helps.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

So if I was doing 610 miles a week I'd be doing ok then
I must find the formula to look at for this one.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
NIM - I have petrol, and Rich is on diesel. I think my car averages out about about 10p a mile where as OH is around 12p a mile. But, we have very different cars and driving styles. Mine's a little clio, I drive like a Grandma, run my car at half a tank and don't have any unneeded weight while OH has a megane, drives like a racer, has a boot full of crap and won't just fill up by £20 - likes the 'feel' of a full tank. I don't even know.
Crikey with the pill mix ups! Sounds like something I'd do, but if I wake up feeling rubbish I force myself back to sleep. I'm not getting out of my warm cinnamon bun of a bed for the cold bathroom.
Hope everyone's well, on this day of pancakes! Gatecrashing my Grandad's tonight for a free tea, and my Sister's gatecrashing my gatecrashing. So we're having a pancake-off. A bit sleepy today, could have happily nodded off on my Brother's sofa at about 8pm last night, but was up until about 11:30. Him and his Girlfriend are over once I get back from my Grandads this evening and I don't know how I'll be fairing on a belly full of food, all cosy like in my slanket0 -

Should be especially as the rumours are that diesel will be going up again (what else is new!)

Ughh, anyone have a clue what it's set to go up to? I was just saying 'ooh, remember when diesel was £1.02 and petrol was under £1?' to Rich on Saturday. You know things are bad when you're reminiscing about fuel prices :rotfl:0

I can top that, in my mind diesel is about 87p a litre, and that wasn't even when I started driving, just when I started having to submit fuel receipts for work.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
