Hi Tete , nice to see you. £2012 in 2012 sounds like a great challenge. Love the coat as well, had to do same as Birdie and quickly click off as looked very tempting.

Dinah - think you can definately take the student loan off, they don't count anyway!

Birdie - is horrible when they things that will make most money are the things you want to keep. Boo at the getaways as well.

Going into town this afternoon to get OH some birthday presents for Friday, he won't tell me what he wants so just going to choose something. Also need to get a little 1st birthday present for Poppy's little friend, probably just get a book and a present for baby Tate. Was getting all excited about buying tiny baby clothes again and then realised she won't be in 0-3 months long so better off getting 3-6 months which Poppy didn't grow out of long ago so not so exciting.

NIM said Morocco was okay due to the proximity to Spain We're not going though, it's just one of my flights of fancy. When a buggy costs nearly a grand everything else suddenly becomes a case of 'Do I need it?' - forget any of the other questions! We were treated like dirt in a restaurant once for having a Tastecard! Was not impressed, we were shoved in a corner, they 'forgot' to take the discount off the bill despite it being mentioned when we booked, ordered and asked for the bill and they were just plain rude. Was not impressed, surely £16 worth of business on a dead Saturday afternoon is better than nothing?!

Ah yes, they're only separated by THE SEA! Haha, I'm not normally bothered by stuff like that and will happily drink Spanish tap water but if I were pregnant I'd probably err on the side of caution.

Birdie we're definitely disadvantaged in the NE, getaways are SO much cheaper if you can fly from London or even Manchester. Have you looked into exchange rates and where will be cheaper when you get there? That way it's not SO bad if the trip costs more than planned?

Also, anyone getting a good discount would have more money to spare for a tip IF THEY GOT GOOD SERVICE. Silly people.
