I think that'll do the trick :rotfl:
OH is a bit like that, when I was pregnant he really had to restrain himself! He once came running into the bedroom, jumped then obviously remembered mid air that he would squish the baby and managed to throw himself on the floor :rotfl:
That is hilarious. I just explained the whole thing to my Mum who wondered why I was laughing, she thinks I am nuts since your names are apparently Birdie and Flower! :rotfl:
Sorry still reading even tho I don't post, I am so single I should be giving lessons to nuns to repel men effectively, I don't craft and I suck at being debt free! so I never have much to add to the conversations
Hope you hand is better soon Birdie
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

I don't craft either...except DIY which I think would scare the majority of threadies so I leave it out. And I'm only getting DF cause I have a wife to organise it for me, I know the feeling Buffy.
I also know the single feeling. D will tell you how bad my technique was. Hell she only realised she liked me when I was passed out against a door. People have a way of landing in your life when you least expect it.This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
*grumbles* stupid moneysaving making me cold. We set the boiler last night to turn the heating on 4pm-6pm so it's warm when we get home... yeah you guessed it it's not come on and I have no idea how to override it.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Yikes that's loads. Our heating has been on a LOT recently, I'm scared of what our fuel bills are going to be. I liked Scottish Power that we could log on and check our usage, EON don't seem as pro active about it.
Just a quick heads up Dinah. If you're registered with our website, you can use the Real Time Billing facility to check the balance the latest readings would create.
To use this facility, please log into your account and click on 'Meter Readings.' Enter up to date readings and click 'Submit.'
A balance of how much energy you've used since the last bill will appear on the screen. If the account is within what we call the 'billing window' (14 days either side of the next bill date for quarterly billed customers) a bill will automatically be created.
Otherwise, you'll be given the option of requesting a bill or just viewing the balance.
Hope this is of some use Dinah. Give me a shout if you need any more info as will be happy to help.

Sounds like you are very busy then Flower! Hope the move goes OK.£40 a week is rediculous for heating. I need to check how ours is doing as have been using it a lot. So funny imagining your OH remembering you were pregnant and diving on the floor :rotfl:.0

It's my last day in work before Christmas
Ridiculously busy, not made easier by the fact I managed to forget my granddad's birthday is today, and need to find him a present. Also need to go get an engagement card for my cousin as she just text me to say her OH of 10 years got down on one knee at the weekend.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Aww jealous! My last day is Friday, but I might be allowed to leave at 3... hohoho
Hope you manage to find something nice for your granddad
Payday today so I'm solvent again! Hurrah! :j My family are coming round for tea tonight so I've lost a night of present making/shopping for the required *bits* but plan to catch up tomorrow big time, got a list of 13 things that need to be finished and wrapped this week! Completed (and blogged) my SIL's wheat bag last night even though sewing was really uncomfortable for my poorly hand so I can finally knock that off the List of Doom!
Really looking forward to Christmas but getting that panicky 'Argh i'm not ready!' feeling!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Morning!
Yay for last day before christmas Dinah. Hope you manage to finda pressie for your Grandad. Ten years,I still have hope then :rotfl:.
Hope you manage to get everything done Birdie and have a nice evening with your family.
I went to get a few bits from sainsburys this morning and was pretty busy. Need to ice my cake this afternoon and do some cleaning.0 -
Definitely know the feeling. At the moment I'm in full on head in the sand mode, despite NIM being out nearly every night and me needing his help with cleaning. Friday could be a late night I fear. House of Fraser have some fab reductions on their hampers so I stumped up for Next Day Delivery and got one sent to my auntie and friends in York as I figure the little gift basket I was going to make took time and would cost the same anyway. Definitely on quick and easy this year.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
