Oh I wish I was a glow worm,
for a glow worm's never glum,
'cause how can you be grumpy,
when the sun shines out your bum!!

Well done on the 1poll payout, it takes dedication to get to the £40.
I'm currently on about £28, I've got to keep going as it'd be a lot of money just to give up on.
Hope you get 'enough' snow tonight!Early retired - 18th December 2014

Disappointed this morning.. apparently the snow didn't mean snow at all it meant rain!
not quite sure how they can get it so wrong...
Keep going Goldie, will that be one you unsubscribe to once you've got your payment? I think it's easier for me to clock it up as i check the site at work whilst on my breaks.. if you're not on a computer all day i think you miss some of the surveys..Hope your money turns up in all the right places.
me too

Afternoon all,
All my funds were present and accounted for so all spreadsheets are now reconciled :T
Bit of a spendy weekend this weekend though- finally booked our holiday to Canada:j so deposit for that
- hairdressers £73
- MOT on car - £170 - there are some bits wrong that need fixing, that's as technical as I get
- £20 takeaway purchased
annoyed at the spend and at the weight i'll have put on
The MOT place has told OH that he'll need new tyres soon as well so that'll be another spend, however, he has just informed me he can probably get them for cost through work :T:T that'll be a good saving I imagine..
No spending planned for tomorrow!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Thanks for popping in guys
Holiday isn't until September so a while to wait yet and 3 stone to lose before I go  (or as near to it as I can manage)
I get a bit nervous about going on holidays so I'm anxious more than excited.. i'm not sure why i'm like that! Hopefully by the time it comes round i'll be fine!
OH's car is still at the garage so he's gone off to band practice in my little one, it's quite amusing to see someone 6'4" getting out of a fiat 500luckily he didn't have to take his amp with him as that's nearly as big as the car or have to fit in any other of the band members - one of which is 6'7!
So i'm stuck in the house watching rubbish movies, which i'm quite enjoying - I like the peacefulness in the house when it's empty..
My planned no spend Sunday is happening as long as I stay away from shopping online :rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Ooops haven't popped in for ages.. by the time I catch up on everyone etc I don't get chance to post on here!!
Right - second pay day yesterday.. :j so money shuffling done and dusted.. spreadsheets updated and excitingly the mortgage is back under £145k :T:T:T
Dec Monthly figures
Outstanding Mortgage £144,299.46
Family Loan £1,430 (OH's)
Offset pot - £10,583.12
Monthly interest saved and OP'd £47.09
New end date - Aug 2029
Total Debt as present moment £135,346.34 -678.44
I seem to have spent quite a bit this month instead of savingbut we had to pay the holiday deposit and my crown so a bit of an expensive month.
The postman delivered our mortgage statement this morning, so that was nice to check up on..
Our overpayments due to the offset savings worked out at £129.36 for 3 months which is great.. hopefully next years will be nearer £1000
Also an MSE morning for me, i'm going to an afternoon tea next week and I have no clothes that fit me well as I've lost a bit of weight so I went wardrobe shopping..
I've now got 3 'new' pairs of jeans, 2 'new' pairs of trousers and a pair of knee high boots for the grand total of £0 :j:j I know they cost me money before but I think they've been in the wardrobe for at least 5 years (tags on ) so i'm classing them as free.
In waiting, I have another 3-4 pairs of jeans and 3-4 pairs of trousersI honestly couldn't tell you why I bought them all!!
off for a cuppa and catch up, hope everyone's well xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
