Ooh we're all having a reasonably good time of it then?

I met a guy for coffeee on Fri, went well, met him again yesterday for another coffee, then he came over last night to just chill out at home with me ( I have done alot of background research via facebook ;) )

I know there's something he's not telling me, which is a bit odd, but want to see how it goes before I start pushing for answers!

Most imortant thing is he makes me laugh and its all the tonic I need at the moment :)
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.

I have to be honest, I'm not normally.

But for some reason I just did, I have lost about 6 pounds which feels really good- its not masses like overs talk about, but its a start and I just seem to be becoming more and more confident.

    Its strangely good.

My meetup with the girl from online hasn't gone too badly.

When we met I wasn't physically attracted to her at all, she was different to her photographs, that's for certain. Anyway we had a nice day, we went ice skating, shopping and lunch and we did get on. In the end though I just got myself drunk!

Today we went to see the new Twilight but I think by the end it was obvious I just wanted to go home. Now I feel guilty because I know we were just friends but I don't even want to text her right now.

I have removed my pof profile....

.... because I am back in the arms of the boyfriend I was still head over heels in love with (who I originally met on POF!).

So there CAN be a happy ending.

Not wanting to sound harsh, but you're a back-up plan.

If a guy was seriously interested in you for anything other than a quick fumble there wouldn't be anything to be confused about, as he'd be pestering you to meet up again.

Agree 100%. Been there, done that. If you've not done so, read 'He's just not that into you'.
