I was hoping you had done it tonight.
I'm not entirely sure now Tonka, I should imagine it's too late however if the correct amount is in your particulars then that may be alright.
Sorry I can't give you a definative answer. Did your bank acknowledge/defend the claim?Need is something you have to have
Want is something you would like to have0 -

Are you talking in regards to the particulars of claim?
Not sure what section your stuck on!!

Hi Taff and thanks for the reply. I'm claiming charges for six years, ending in December last year and the wording suggested on here to produce online for the courts only seems to mention when the account was opened and when the charges started, not ended. I suppose it would be simple enough to add an extra bit saying "from" and "to", just don't want to make a boo boo ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
Can anyone answer this, please, please...
I am currently abroad and looking to make a claim against Barclaycard. My Dad is going to sort out all the correspondence once I have done the claim online. Is it possible for someone else to represent me? What happens if it gets to the stage where a court allocation questionnaire is sent out, would I have to physically sign that form or can someone else do it? Would I just use the Barclays Bank address when doing the claim. Many Thanks0 -
Could anyone help with this, please?
Sent the 2nd letter to Halifax and their 14 days to respond was up yesterday. About to go to MCOL to submit court proceedings, but need to know this :
My claim with Halifax relates to mine and husbands joint account and all correspondence to them to date has been worded and signed from both of us, being the account-holders. When claiming online, am I OK to submit in my own name (I am first-named on a/c) or should I put names of both a/c holders for good order. Would hate for this to go pear-shaped on technicaility like that!
Grateful for any ideas!
Many thanks

i've made a mistake on the MCOL
i have claimed with interst and filled in the 'particulars of claim' correct, showing amount claimed then interst but in the box below which asks for the amount claimed i have only put in my claim without interst, i,m panicking will i lose all the interst? £800+ the claim has been in for 14 days now and gone to the bank or will the MCOL relise i have made a mistake? can i pull out and start again. any help please
No it is fine - so long as you have included the s.69 interest sentence in your POC. s.69 is a variable and there is a case for leaving it out the final value of claim box anyway.LegalBeagles0 -

yes its fine - think you need to send a letter of authority for your dad to act but call the court and they'll tell you what you needLegalBeagles0 -

do you each have authority to sign cheques without the other having to sign ? in which case either name is fine for court. if you do both sign cheques together then you'll need to file using the N1 form nand include both of your detailsLegalBeagles0
