dont worry you havent claimied contractual interest - sounds like you have claimed all your overdraft interest which you cant do anyway (except the portion of it taken because of the charges)

so your charges are 1125 your section 69 interest is 180 ish

or go get a spreadsheet and work out the proportion of interest charged on the charges .... theres one on CAG

hi could anyone please advise me if there is anywhere other than MCOL. I am claiming over £5000+interest, I would like to know if there is an online service for people claiming over the small claims amount. any advice would be fantastic as I am fairly new to the sight and i really havnt got a clue what to do next. i am now at the stage of taking bank to court but dont quite know how to go about it. THANX Debixxx

Have you had a gesture of goodwill offer from Barclays/Barclaycard?
The reason that I am asking is that I am about to file my claim and I dont know whether I claim the full amount or the amount minus the offer which has already been credited to my account.

i've made a mistake on the MCOL
i have claimed with interst and filled in the 'particulars of claim' correct, showing amount claimed then interst but in the box below which asks for the amount claimed i have only put in my claim without interst, i,m panicking will i lose all the interst? £800+ the claim has been in for 14 days now and gone to the bank or will the MCOL relise i have made a mistake? can i pull out and start again. any help please :eek:
