Is this in the above particulars of claim correct????

The particulars are fine. You don't have to add the section about interest again because it's already included.

im ready to fill in my ni form for the court,im a bit stuck on the wording, anyone got a copy,i can cut and paste.thanks
  • If you loose your case trhough moneyclaimonline do you have to pay the costs of the defendant?
  • Hello again,

still no decent response from my bank. 2 weeks after threatening them with court action.

So im in the process of filling out the online claim form.

With regard to the 8% interest calculation, can i just do 8% for the whole lot ? or do I have to calculate each individual charge for the time it has been taken ?

Also, on the application there are tick boxes for

"Does or will your claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act 1998? "

Does it ? what shall i tick ?

    and

"Do you want to reserve the right to claim interest?"

Well, obviously, im going to claim interest, so i assume I tick yes ?

Absolutely cr*pping myself over this to be honest, so I want to get it spot on.

thanks for any advice everyone. :D
  • Should find your answer in this thread.

Using the Interest Calculator, input each item separately with the date and it will calculate the interest correctly :)
  • Have tried to enter details onto Moneyclaim website but the suggested details for the particulars of the claim (copied from the ste-by-step guide)keeps jumping to too many characters (only allowed up to 1080 chars and 24 lines in the box)

I have tried to copy and paste, even rewritten the suggested text, but it mysteriously keeps jumping to a larger number of characters than are actually there..........

Can anyone please help me. I cannot see how I can shorten the claim particulars and still get all the info in there!!!

    Cheers
